This very generously equipped holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located on the first floor of a wonderfully quiet and detached house on the edge of the forest in Köttmansdorf in Carinthia, embedded in a wonderful idyllic landscape between the famous Wörthersee, the Ferlacher and Feistritzer reservoirs, the Hafnersee, the Rauschelesee and the Keutschacher See.
This holiday apartment has a large living room with a seating area/couch, which can also be used as a sofa bed, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a beautiful balcony. There is also a large garden available. Parking is available directly at the house.
Located in the middle of the Rosental and with a panoramic view of the southern Karawanks is the town of Köttmannsdorf. The idyllic landscape is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The house is sunny and quiet and is located near the Keutschacher See, the Ferlacher Badesee and the Rauschelesee. A beautiful hiking trail leads via Dobein to the southern shore of Lake Keutschachersee. Ludmannsdorf (via Zedras) can also be easily reached on foot.
The famous Wörthersee with its many lidos and the city of Klagenfurt can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
The town center of Köttmansdorf is within walking distance. There are enough shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants.

We enjoyed our time here, though we wish the weather had been better! The apartment was nice and spacious for our group of six, It was handy to have a fully equipped kitchen for our meals
We have had a wonderful holiday so far. Great, clean holiday apartment in a beautiful area. Very nice and lovely landlords. This is our second time here, this time with our daughter and son-in-law, who also feel very comfortable.
The stay is great. Spacious, clean, fully equipped. Very nice owners. Lots to do in the area, day worthersee, nice walk through the Tscheppaschlucht and much more. With the Karntecarte you can do many things for little money.
Very nice, spacious apartment. The landlords are very committed to the well-being of their guests. There are many animals on the farm, 2 dogs, 2 cats, a pony + horse and lots of chickens. There are plenty of excursion destinations + bathing lakes within a 10-20 minute drive (Minimundus in Klagenfurt, Wörthersee, Reßnigsee, Tscheppaschlucht, Bodental, football golf in St. Johann im Rosental and much more). A really scenic, attractive area.
The apartment is well furnished and very clean. You have everything you need. Although rural, the WiFi is great. The animals, it's a farm, are well behaved. The dogs are also very nice and have always been nice. The host is very friendly and accommodating and you still have your privacy if you want. I can only recommend this vacation rental. Tip: ask for fresh eggs. He owns chickens and the eggs are delicious
Nice and comfortable house, spacious, friendly and helpful landlords, nice place. Chickens, horses and dogs around the house which the children really enjoyed, in short a very nice, successful holiday!
Very warmly received by the daughter of the owner, the owner himself was still on vacation. A clean apartment, fully equipped. They even asked if we wanted 15 eggs. Coffee + filters, dishwasher tablets, full towels, detergent, trash bags, etc., were all present. If we needed something we had to ask it.Lots of animals, free-range horses, 2 (cuddly) dogs, 2 cats, chickens, in short, good for the animal lovers among us.Any criticism I can think of are the mosquitoes, but good, you almost have them everywhere.
