The house features 2 living/bedrooms with sofa beds, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a large garden with furniture, a terrace with lake views, a washing machine, and storage for skis and bicycles. Parking is available under the carport. Maximum 3 children are allowed for safety reasons.
Seeboden offers 11 beaches, diving stations, boat rentals, water sports, parks such as Rose Park and Klinger Park, and the historic Sommeregg Castle. In winter, Goldeck-Spittal ski area (5 lifts, 25 km slopes) is 8 km away, with smaller Baldramsdorf nearby. For experienced skiers, Bad Kleinkirchheim (103 km, 24 lifts), Katschberg (80 km), and Gerlitzen Alpe (60 km) are within 15–20 minutes by car.

The house was really in Austrian style, which adds to the holiday feeling. The house is located on a hill so you have a nice view. Minus was the overdue maintenance. (broken lamp, loose toilet seat)
Great house, just very dated. Everything was clean but the tap and toilet seat were loose. The garage of the house was a little further away, a local resident told us, We could park our car there. The house is about a 10-minute walk from Milstattersee. We were 6 people, the house is divided into two. There are supermarkets and many nice restaurants nearby. What we experienced as less was that on arrival it was not clear where we could obtain the key. After calling the various phone numbers that were noted several times, we finally got through to someone from a cleaning company after many times the voicemail, who told us that we had to get the key from a cupboard behind the house. We had sent an email in advance but had no response. All in all we had a nice holiday.
