Description
This beautiful detached premium chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in the well-known mountain village of Krimml in Salzburgerland, bordering the Zillertal in Tyrol and directly in the Zillertal Arena ski area.
The chalet offers a large living room with seating area and dining table, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and loft bed, one with an en-suite bathroom and balcony), 2 further bathrooms, a relaxation area with a sauna, shower and deck chairs, a ski storage room and ski boot warmer. The chalet also has a washing machine and dryer, a large terrace and garden. Parking and a practice slope for children are available directly at the chalet.
Krimml is located at 1100 meters above sea level at the foot of the Gerlos Pass, in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and Zillertal Arena holiday region. The Krimml - Hochkrimml holiday area offers countless hiking, cycling and mountain bike routes in the Krimmler Achental, a high valley in the Hohe Tauern National Park. Krimml is known beyond its borders for the Krimml Waterfalls, the largest waterfalls in Europe.
In winter, the Zillertal Arena ski world offers 147 kilometers of slopes, wonderful cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails. The ski area stretches from Zell im Zillertal via Gerlos to Wald-Königsleiten. Between Krimml, Hochkrimml and Königsleiten you can use the free ski bus with a valid ski pass.
In summer, the outdoor pool right in the center of Krimml and the adventure pool in Zell am Ziller offer lots of bathing fun! Fun and wellness in summer and winter is offered by the Kristallbad Wald-Königsleiten with an outdoor swimming area, an indoor pool, a therapy and wellness area and a sauna area.
Directly in Krimml there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

We had a wonderful holiday in Krimml. The house is beautiful, very luxurious and conveniently located for many excursions. I have to mention two downsides: the description states that it is a detached chalet. However, that is not correct. It is a semi-detached house, where the garden is shared with a few other houses. We were lucky that we had quiet neighbors who hardly used the garden. But the houses are rented for 10 people. If you are unlucky enough to have 10 people staying next to you, then privacy is hard to find. Furthermore, there is no shaded area near the house, only one fairly small parasol. Later in the afternoon you can sit on the side of the house, but that is a narrow, unpleasant area. In the middle of summer, when the sun is high in the sky, the balcony probably provides shade, but we were there in September and that is not the case. I want to end this review on a positive note: the sauna in the basement is fantastic! Very professional. Furthermore, the decoration of the house is beautiful with great attention to detail.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. The house is a 5 minute walk from the village where several restaurants and shops can be found. There is also a practice area right next to the house. The house is spacious and fully equipped. We stayed there with 8 people. It seems to me for 10 people, however, on the tight side.
A wonderful stay in a beautiful location in Krimml. Good beds, neat finish and friendly owner.
Nice house, nice bedrooms, nice bathrooms and a nice sauna. Small for ten people, especially the kitchen / living room is hardly suitable for ten people to stay at the same time. For example, up to eight people can sit at the table at the same time. Outdoor swimming pool in village with mini golf course and tennis court is nearby and fun when the weather is nice.
The house is in a great location with a great view of the mountains, the waterfall and the valley. The equipment including sauna is great and looks high quality. Beds very very comfortable. The kitchen is simply too small for the number of people. Overall, a great holiday home!
Had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house. Lovely new house with all amenities. The sauna is especially great after a day of exercise. Super enjoyed this house can recommend to everyone.
