Green Garden Lodge A3 Walchen/Kaprun

The apartment is beautiful and that is why it is such a shame that 3 dishwasher blocks are left behind for 10 people who are staying there for a week. The bench at the dining area is made of imitation leather and is crumbling. The high chair had 1 safety strap which made it unsafe. The coffee maker was completely calcified so that making coffee was a drama. After some back and forth calling and texting the high chair was replaced and the appliance descaled. The washing machine is very difficult to operate and the dryer only blows cold air. A description of both appliances would be very welcome. We needed an extra set of sheets and initially had to pick it up ourselves, it was snowing and we had to drive 20 km for it, after our indignation about that it could still be brought. The Hausmeisterservice is not really very helpful and a bit businesslike. We had a nice week so the owner should do something with this constructive criticism

House was ok. Very expensive. All the houses in the street are all very close together. Mini garden that slopes downwards. You can look right into the bathroom and living room of the neighbors

Great holiday home, good location near Kaprun and Zell am see. We were 8 people and had enough space. Kitchen is reasonably equipped, we missed cutting boards. Key box at the front door is very handy. Service is good, a (loose) stove knob broke and within half an hour someone was there to turn off the stove and a few days later the knob was already replaced, well arranged.

Clean accommodation, unfortunately on the other side of the street a construction site over about 7 days. The roof was redone on a large house. Unfortunately, there was no noise. Service around the house including rental = very good!

Unfortunately, no fall protection on the stairs on the upper floor, for crawling toddlers. Bedroom smaller as in the photos but in order The rest was all very nice

Very friendly welcome from the Nadine (concierge service). Very good big house, everything was clean and very well equipped. The sauna we used every day after our excursions :-) Many destinations nearby. A small mini market near where you can buy bread.

Everything was great organized. Nice location of the house.

Good arrival was easy and clearly described. Not close to the piste but with own transport does not constitute a problem.

Fantastic villa, everything is right. Everything was perfectly clean, nice atmosphere, good beds. Can not think of a bad point, except the locations. It is located in a quieter village, but within 10 minutes in both Zell am See and kaprun. And 20 minutes from Saalbach. Just nice to alternate ski areas. No disaster for us, just getting the car. Really recommended.

Chalet very well cared for and furnished. Accessed chalet after arrival without problems (key box with code by mail received). For 6 adults and 4 children (1 room 4 bunk beds) room enough.Sauna is really a sauna. Spacious and with loungers.

Beautiful house, luxuriously furnished, big enough for 8 people. In a quiet village close to 2 large ski areas.
