Welcome to your luxurious 120 m² Premium Apartment at Hauser Kaibling Mountain Resort, offering ample space and comfort for up to 6 guests. This contemporary apartment features three inviting bedrooms, each furnished with plush box-spring double beds for a restful night’s sleep. With three well-appointed bathrooms, including showers and hairdryers, you’ll have all the conveniences of home. The apartment’s highlight is its private wellness area, featuring a sauna and an outdoor bathtub on the furnished terrace, where you can unwind while taking in the breathtaking views. The apartment is ideally situated directly on the slopes, providing easy access to skiing and snowboarding.
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with cutlery, cookware, a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a toaster, kettle, and both a filter and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. A starter set with essential cleaning supplies—dishwasher tab, dishwashing detergent, sponge, garbage bag, and cleaning and tea towels—will be provided upon your arrival.

We have stayed at this property before and previously enjoyed one of the private villas, which was excellent and a big reason we chose to return. This visit, however, we unknowingly booked the apartment located above the main reception area and restaurant. To be fair, the apartment itself was very nice. The interior accommodations were comparable to the villas, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the location significantly impacted our experience. Because the apartment is situated directly above the restaurant, cooking odors and smoke were frequently noticeable during business hours. Outside of restaurant hours, there was regular early morning noise from garbage collection, as well as deliveries of food products, linens, and other supplies. The combination of these disruptions made for a very different experience than the peaceful atmosphere we had enjoyed during our previous stay in one of the villas. We would gladly return to this property again, but only if staying in one of the private villas. If you are booking here, I would strongly recommend confirming that your reservation is for a villa rather than the apartment above the restaurant and reception area.
Spending four nights here with friends passed quickly. The spacious rooms meant everyone felt comfortable, especially with three bathrooms available. We enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace and evenings unwinding in either the sauna or outdoor bathtub under clear skies. It’s near amenities yet private enough to feel like your own space.
We thought the bed was very comfortable for two, and having three bathrooms was a real plus. Simple but perfect for us.
The sauna and outdoor tub with mountain views were absolutely stunning.
