Neat clean value for money

Fijne accomodatie (verbleven in Top1 appartement) met voldoene opervlakte voor 8 personen. 1 Slaapkamer met een 2 persoonsbed en stapelbed. 1 Slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Voldoende zitgelegenheid bij tv en eetkamer. Pluspunten: - Goede ligging in Brixen (skibus stopt op 5 min lopen) - Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand - Genoeg opbergruimte in de slaapkamers - Eigen parkeerplaatsen (2 stuks) Minpunten: - Weinig glazen/bekers in keuken - Erg lichte gordijnen - Dekbedden en vooral kussen van matige kwailteit (synthetische dekbedden en zeer lichte kussens) - Geen verwarmd skihok Kleine minpunten die het verblijf nog net wat beter hadden kunnen maken. Verder een heerlijke week gehad in Brixen!

Nice clean new apartment. Unfortunately no ski boot heaters available for our apartment. The other apartments do have lockers and ski boot warmers.

Nice house with lots of space. Great living room and kitchen and bedrooms are good. Main points for improvement: the number of plates / cups that were present was low and the dishwasher did not always work.

Very neat apartment, missing a freezer. Fine for 4 to 6 people, but too little seating space for 8 people.

We were already at the apartment at 13.00. After a phone call to the contact, he came within 5 minutes to bring the key. Beautiful apartment (building), new and located in the middle of the village. Modern furnished, lovely sunny terrace with a view of the Choralp. The railway ran behind it, but you heard nothing of it. Bakery diagonally opposite, supermarket, nice swimming pool with swimming lake and train station within walking distance. With guest card free public transport in the valley, highly recommended. A beautiful area with many cycling / walking opportunities. Also for children, fun play and theme routes. 2 Tips: A microwave and freezer had been handy.

Fast handling of keys. Accommodation was very nice and very clean. The only downside was the synthetic duvet covers. Environment was very beautiful.

We were warmly received by the manager. We were in Brixen at 1000, and we were allowed to make use of the apartment. The apartment was clean. We were with 5 people, and then it is good. For 8 people it seems to me very tight, because it is clearly arranged for 6 people. The floor heating was switched off and after the manager, behind a hatch, had converted a tap, it became warm, so warm that we had the windows open day and night, because the heating in the apartment can not be arranged separately. Around the apartment building it was kept free of snow. Brixen im Thale is centrally located as a ski area. The village itself has little atmosphere. The apartment is located slightly outside the village and on the other side of the lifts, but close to the ski bus stop.

A nice, new apartment and a lot of convenience. For 6-8 people may be somewhat on the small side, but with 3-4 people quite good. The train arrives fairly close by, but we did not find this disturbing. We found it a nice place to sit outside, covered. For even in Brixen it can occasionally rain. From Brixen you can do enough with various mountain bays in the area, which is also fun in the summer. You can easily buy the sandwiches at the bakery on the other side of the road (close by). A great stay.
