The location and the swimming pond

Great location to reach both ski areas (Wilder Kaiser and Kitzbühler Alps)

We were pleasantly surprised that everything went smoothly and that we were greeted in a friendly manner. We were able to move into our rooms at 2:00 p.m. and had the choice of a room on the 3rd floor with a great view of the Wilder Kaiser and very friendly staff. The bread roll service was an additional highlight, but there was also a bakery nearby.

The staff was extremely friendly, The flooring is made of wood instead of carpet, which I find very pleasant, The beds were very comfortable and I slept well, It was also great that my dog was welcome,

The shuttle to the ski slope was convenient and efficient, The hotel was immaculate and recently renovated, The spa was exceptional and had a warm and inviting atmosphere,

The location was fantastic, The reception was very helpful and we were even allowed to check in earlier than planned, We got an upgrade for an additional fee,

Great location, ample parking and fantastic sauna complex

We were very satisfied with our stay in this wonderful property, equipped with welcoming and helpful staff, The location is excellent, close to the center of Kitzbühel and well served, and the wellness area is simply fantastic, We can't wait to come back!

We adored the placement, the design of the apartment, the excellent kitchen facilities, the spaciousness of the apartment, the ski and boot room, the sauna and hot tub, the incredibly accommodating reception staff, the convenience of the ski bus directly outside the property, the brief bus journey to one of Austria's finest ski resorts, and the proximity to bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets,

We had an amazing time during our first stay at this place, Everything was perfect - the spaciousness, comfort and location, It was convenient to walk to the nearby grocery store, enjoy a delicious dinner at the restaurant across the street and make use of the bread service for breakfast, Highly recommend!

The rooms are large and comfortable with everything needed!

Perfect for a family with two children, everything you need is there, great location (bakery, village shop and restaurant right next door), swimming pond to cool off, sauna area with whirlpool,

Very pleasant and comfortable apartments with well-equipped kitchenettes. Additionally, there is a sauna and a jacuzzi available.
