Haus Pichl

Nice and cozy place ,near the river Saalach, Mrs Sandra very nice and hospitality Good food in the restaurant.

We spent a week at Haus Pichl with 9 people and a dog. The living space and the available crockery were more than sufficient for all of us. The bedrooms had their own bathroom with shower and toilet, except for 1 room. This was actually the best room with a separate bathroom adjacent to the living room. The beds were fine and there was a good stream of water from the shower. Unfortunately, there were also downsides, the lower basket of the dishwasher was not in order. A wheel had broken off, so it did not slide back and forth smoothly. Almost all of the taps were leaking and a pathetic trickle of water came out. Fortunately, that was not the case with the shower. A number of lights on the bathroom furniture were also broken. We reported this to Sandra, the friendly owner. We found it a bit lacking in cupboard space in the bedrooms and the rooms at the rear are not very large. The ski bus that stops nearby only runs a few times in the morning and afternoon. So you have to take that into account. So we went out with the cars more often, against our intentions. It is an excellent and nice and quiet location if you are with a group. In any case, we had a nice and pleasant week and fresh snow and a Sun.

The location is very nice. Unfortunately, the house is getting a bit old, which is particularly evident in the bedrooms. I wouldn't describe it as modern but functional. The hot water boiler in a bathroom was unfortunately broken. We also had a mouse in the kitchen. In one bedroom, the lighting and shelving hung prominently from the wall. a pan was broken, but was immediately replaced. Most of the restaurant was closed during our stay, otherwise parking would have been a bit tight.

Fantastic holiday home for skiing enthusiasts! The proximity to the ski bus was incredibly convenient, and the nearby Kaprun glacier was breathtaking, The sauna was a hit with everyone after a day on the slopes, We will definitely be back!

Apart from the fact that the pictures do not correspond to reality, it went reasonably well. Too few parking spaces for up to 12 people, too few glasses, no egg cups, broken fittings in the kitchen, outdated furniture, some broken garden furniture (chairs with cracks in the seat upholstery). But the area is very beautiful and offers many possibilities. But I wouldn't book it again!!!!!

The house is centrally located and there are shops nearby. The rooms are appropriately equipped and clean. The lounges are very nice and well equipped. The outdoor area is also well-kept. The local gastronomy is recommended, especially that of the landlord. Great.

Excellent accommodation in terms of value for money. Landlord (hotel next door) super friendly and helpful. It is neat, clean and simple. don't expect lavish luxury. For example, there is no microwave and I think the bathrooms are a few decades old. Nice that the final cleaning (200,-) really means that you don't have to clean anything yourself.

Two bathrooms without heating. Only a rack in the oven, no baking tray. No proper knife for peeling potatoes. The door to the common room will not close. It's bad in winter. A mouse in the kitchen.

The house and furnishings were very nice and just like the pictures. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well presented. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is also good, right next to a train station and not far from Lake Zell.

We loved our stay! The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for cooking big family meals, The outdoor terrace with the BBQ was a hit during the summer, Plus, the hosts were really friendly and accommodating

The accommodation was neat and well maintained. Too bad there was no garden where the dogs could run.

Nice that there are many parking spaces at the house. We found the location very convenient between Kaprun and Zell am See. The house itself was nice! Nice kitchen, nice bedrooms and living room.

The accommodation was good! Just a pity that the (front) garden is too small to play games (such as Kubb).

We enjoyed the area but not the rental because we did not see the manager while we would have liked to see to solve the heating problems while it was very cold.

Great house, wonderfully spacious for 12 people 3 families with a total of 6 children. Dutch-speaking reception. Very easy to get to the slopes by ski bus or car

nice house for 12 people. And nice environment for hiking and skiing. transport is very well arranged. the bus and train are in front of the door.

Nice big house with a private bathroom. Reception could have been better. No explanation about the house.

Last winter we enjoyed delicious with the family in this house. Spacious, cozy and close to the bus. TOP!

Good accommodation, good resort

Home owners were very friendly and did everything to us was to maken.Het the meaning for us (group of 6 adults and 6 children) a very convenient location. 6 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and a large cozy woonkamer.De ski slopes just 4 km from the house was ideal.
