Description
These new and tasteful apartments are situated in the middle of the centre of Stumm. Your apartment Gartenparadies has a surface of ca. 150 m and is situated on the groundfloor. The spacious apartment benefits of a sunny balcony where you will spend unforgettable and relaxing holidays. The central location of this apartment means that shops, cafes and restaurants are in your direct proximity. There is a true "cheese corner" in the residence, where you can get fresh local bread, milk, butter, eggs and of course cheese.
The owners of these apartments have a hotel with various amenities for young and old. Children can try their hand at archery, volley ball, basket ball, table tennis, and there is a climbing tower, an alpine labyrinth, a big slide, a playground with play cave and fitness run and activities are organised every day. The hotel is situated at only 1 km of your apartment. (only in summer included !)
The winter sports enthusiasts will also feel at home on the slopes of Zillertal-Mitte. This ski region offers many possibilities for children, beginners and experienced skiers. There is a good range of black, red and blue slopes. And of course there are langlauf and snowboarding facilities galore in the region.
The pleasant village of Stumm is located on the sunny side of the Zillertal. In summer you can make lovely walking and cycling trips in Stumm and surroundings. Stumm is renowned for its most beautiful village square of Tirol. Live theatre takes place here and it is often used as a film backdrop. Water rats will be happy in the large outdoor swimming pool ! The Zillertal is approx. 38 km long and ends at the magnificent Hintertux glacier.
Note: The charging of e-cars is only permitted at the e-charging station at the hotel and otherwise EUR 100.00 per day will be charged.

The accommodation is functional, but the appearance on the outside is very messy. Parasol and chairs roam the garden and cigarette butts on the path.
Location, location, location! The apartment is right in the heart of Stumm, making it easy to explore the charming village, The kids had a blast in the nearby outdoor swimming pool, and we loved the local hiking trails
Arrival awkward in hotel in other village, were two families in the same apartment, and told a different story to both families, with both stories combined we were fine from our feet. The accommodation was very clean, only sofa was a nod in which it was fine for our smallest kids, but for adults worthless. Kitchen well equipped! Swimming pool 10 meters further in the hall was super. Had the cheese string as contact person, but she did not open her shop so often, so in case of problems outside opening hours of her cheese shop we still had to go to another village to the hotel. Luckily had no problems, so our vacation was SUPER!
The price / quality relationship was super. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were a party of 13 people. 2 people sleeping in the living room / kitchen. This was fine for our group since we were not in the apartment. There was a lovely swimming pool and a sauna. Quite to close out the day here. Distance from apartment to slopes was 5 minutes away by car, which also could be easily parked. Supermarket and several restaurants are just around the corner apartment. We enjoyed!
We went with 12 adults for this property. The house was spacious enough and very neat. Swimming pool and sauna there, ski bus is 50 meters and within 5 minutes from the ski lift. Ski area also top! All in all a very nice and beautiful holiday with a home that fully satisfied all expectations!
Clean and modern, The kids had a blast with all the activities nearby, The climbing tower and playground were a hit! The only downside was we had to drive a bit to reach the ski slopes, but it was worth it, The apartment was really well-equipped, and we felt right at home, Would definitely recommend!
nice location, well located (positions shops), but there is no room sauna access direct.le defective 5 to 7 days.
Super chill spot in Stumm, The pool is a bonus, and the nature walks nearby are lit, Clean and modern living space, Definitely coming back for more fun in the snow!
We have many beautiful experiences about the house: - Nice house and quite modern, clean, well maintained, great location, spacious for 10 people disadvantage: - interconnecting bedroom no ventilation
