Treat yourself to a wonderful holiday in this beautiful 55 m² holiday apartment in Ramsau in the Zillertal. You'll spend your holiday surrounded by a beautiful mountain backdrop, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Zillertal.
Whether it's a pleasant hike, an action-packed excursion to one of the surrounding 3000 m peaks, an eventful day on one of the family mountains where fun is guaranteed, or a bike tour along the Ziller or to the various reservoirs of the Zillertal - there truly is something for everyone.
Many skiing areas in the vicinity offer great variety even in winter. If you don't want to miss out on skiing in summer, you can test out your skis on the Hintertaux Glacier.
The Mayrhofner Bergbahnen skiing area is 600 m away while the Zillertal Arena skiing area is 6 km away from our house. You can easily reach both skiing areas via the free ski bus departing from the bus stop 100 m away.
The kitchen diner comes fully equipped and is perfect for a cosy get-together.
You can relax and unwind and escape from everyday life in the cosy bedrooms.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink.
A flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi are available to our guests free of charge; you can also borrow some board games.
The flat has a large balcony with a panoramic view of the Upper Zillertal.
For a perfect end to the day you're welcome to borrow a barbecue from the owners.
The flat includes one free parking space right in front of the house.

The apartment was okay. Unfortunately, we had to notice that not all the dishes were clean in the cupboard. The cutlery was definitely not clean. We didn't use any of it, just our own. One coffee cup still had visible coffee stains. I placed that cup at the back of the cupboard. My daughter and I slept well in the large double bed. My husband and our little one had a slightly different opinion. It squeaked quite a bit when turning and tossing. Thank you for your understanding regarding my criticism.
A spacious apartment with a breathtaking view and a very nice balcony. Only the sofa in the sitting area was far from comfortable.
The apartment was otherwise fine, but the TV is almost against the ceiling, so high up, and there are dust threads everywhere.
Basic apartment. Communication with the owner is only via WhatsApp. You do not get fresh towels unless you ask for them, and then they are left at the front door the same day. It is an apartment on the east side of the valley, so bring a fan.
It is a house with 3 apartments and a living floor on the 2nd floor. We had apartment 2 at the front at the top. The apartment was neat and clean. Beautiful view. We found the beds very hard and the couch not very comfortable. Furthermore, the necessary was present, but minimal. Excellent base for walks and nice trips. Contact with the owner is only via WhatsApp. We found that very impersonal. We were sent a code to get in and inside there was a folder with information. Our apartment was next to apartment 1. That was quite noisy in one of the bedrooms. Toilet very clearly audible and screaming and running children too. That was especially not very pleasant in the morning. We had a great holiday there. Partly because of the nice weather.
Everything as described, kind and responsive host, easy walk from the train station, fantastic view from the balcony. Hoping to come back!
Super accommodation with very nice hosts who were very helpful with tips about the offers in the area. The apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was priceless.
We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and fully equipped. The view from the beautiful balcony was fantastic and there is much to do in the area. Thanks to the tips of the hostess, we also ate at fine restaurants.
