Set between the spectacular Rofan and Karwendel mountain ranges, it is the perfect destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts throughout the year.

The apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. After an active day, unwind on the private terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture.

During the warmer months, explore more than 500 km of hiking trails, cycle through breathtaking Alpine scenery, or spend the day swimming, sailing, or relaxing at the nearby public beach. Families will also enjoy the playground, adventure water park, and boat rentals just a short stroll away.

When winter arrives, the Christlum Ski Area, only 800 metres from the apartment, provides fantastic skiing and snowboarding. Cross-country skiing, snow-covered hiking trails, and the peaceful winter landscape around Lake Achensee make this an unforgettable destination in every season.
