Looking for generous space with a view? This large penthouse apartment has a terrace on both sides, one overlooking the famous Wörthersee and the other the forest, and sits just a few minutes’ walk from the lake in sunny southern Austria. It is non-smoking, and has free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the building.

The living room is spacious and bright, with sliding doors to the terrace, a cosy seating area, a TV and a large dining table. There are three bedrooms with a boxspring double bed each, and one of the spacious bedrooms also has a sofa bed for two, so the apartment suits up to eight guests. That bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower and double washbasin. A second bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink, and there is a separate toilet as well. All bedrooms have large wardrobes for your belongings.

The kitchen has every modern convenience, including an induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, and a washing machine is available too. It is very suitable for a large family or a group of friends.

The area of turquoise water, rolling hills and the Alpine-Adriatic region invites you to explore Velden and Klagenfurt, take a trip to Italy or Slovenia, or follow the many hiking and cycling routes around the lake. In summer you can go swimming, stand-up paddleboarding or boating, while winter brings nearby ski resorts, winter hiking trails and Christmas markets.

After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified.
