Very neat and clean accommodation. The apartment looked peakobello and is in a top location on the slopes and with a magnificent view of Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn. The owner is very attentive and helpful if you ask.

We were in the house Kitzsteinhorn with 2 families (6 children in age from 2 to 8 years) The accommodation was (about 900 m height) on the mountain, with views to the village of Kaprun👌🏻 Totally top..🤩very neat home with each bedroom a bathroom .. we could also use a garden shed with garden furniture, stairs tractors, bicycle, some other outdoor toys .., swing, slide we could sit outside on the balcony, top.de children could great entertainment, it felt completely at home .. and we thought it was a super nice location and everything looked great

accommodation was clean, a number of things were broken, the showers (2 of the 4) had leakage so we could not use them.

Very nice landlord - very high quality apartment. Connection to the slopes very good. Supermarkets / ski rental etc. everything good by car to erreichen.Großes ski area Kitzssteinhorn and Schmitten unfortunately only with the ski bus (about 15-20 minutes drive) reachable. From the beginning of 2020, the Kitzsteinhorn is directly connected by a lift.Brötchenlieferdienst vorhanden!

We had an incredible stay in this spacious apartment! The location is unbeatable, right on the slopes, making it so easy to get out for a day of skiing, The views from the balcony were stunning, especially during sunset, Highly recommend for families or groups!

Fine accommodation with all amenities. We stayed here with 2 families. Unfortunately the center was not within walking distance, but that did not spoil the fun.

The accommodation was just new, beautifully and comfortably furnished. The location was perfect, on the Maiskogel. We could almost literally ski inside. The track was in fact our garden. We left every morning on the skies from home. However, we had to make sure that we had the chairlift upstairs for 4 hours. That is sometimes difficult with the après ski. Once it was not successful in a few minutes. Then it is a long walk up on ski boots) We enjoyed our stay in Oberaigenhof and I would recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation was fine, only too small salon for 8 people, beds slept very well, bathrooms very clean, nice location right on the slopes.

Super house very nice and very clean super environment

The house was beautiful, clean and modern. Since each room has a private bathroom, it is perfect for groups. Very friendly landlord where no wish remains unfulfilled. Ski slope right outside the door.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Kaprun! It was spacious enough for our group of 10, and the modern design made it feel like home, The ski-in, ski-out access was a game-changer for our winter sports adventure, Plus, the views from the balcony were simply breathtaking! We'll definitely be back

Very nice and beautiful house. We were here with three families with four children under 2 years old. The space was well suited for this. We enjoyed the house.! The house was very warm way. The heaters were in the rooms barely controllable. So everyone has their taste in warmth. We found it too hot. For the rest it was a lovely house!

Super beautiful ski in-ski out property directly on the slopes, ideal to stay with families. The kids skiing from the cottage to the ski lesson and back. If you want to go to the village then you have to take the car, or shopping at the ski 's to do -)

had a very nice summer vacation. Very friendly owner. Nice and complete house. Nice trips for which you do not have to drive far. Among others, the kitzsteinhorn and sigmund thum ravine. Zell am See also recommended. Nice walks. Around the house, children can also enjoy themselves and our children aged 2.5 to almost 16 years.

Holiday was vwb dormitory totally super also provision for ski storage, extremely well cared for. The living room was somewhat uncomfortable. 10 people also lean about seating. Kitchen equipment good, but few attributes. No juicer, toaster, large baking dish, potato masher ...

For a family with small children who do not yet skiing, this was a good place because there was a restaurant nearby that you could get to by car and where children could play fun in the snow. Then you are again had lunch with the whole family.

The cottage is absolutely the most beautiful winter house we have ever stayed in! A super nice, modern and sleek design, yet very atmospheric and "typical austrian". Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet and a nice balcony with a magnificent view of Kaprun.Daarnaast it is fantastic that the home directly abuts against the "corn bullet". You could almost literally from your front door to the slopes. From there we were again in all directions, with a free bus that takes you to all areas nearby. Just at the bottom of the slopes. Also for non skiers could get from the house on all sides, and with the center a 4-5 minute drive. In short, highly recommended!

Thanks to nice hosts, who have off-season time allows us an interim assignment. A very nice apartment, very well located. Unfortunately we had at the front slope no snow, but the whole clan has felt very comfortable. We like to come back. Fam. Knies

Very nice view of the valley and Kitzsteinhorn.

Excellent accommodation. Great views over the valley and towards Kitzteinhorn. With our family for one week with grandfather \/ grandmother and then spent a week together with another family. Large playground at the photo turned private (that was for the kids disappointment on arrival), but despite ample playgrounds outside. Bedrooms with en suite bath room is top! We were the first guests in summer this new holiday apartment. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful week on the ski.

We had a great week. Children snowboarded. Together cooked and eaten in the super deluxe apartment. Also in relative walking distance swayed together. Was fun!
