This luxurious ski-in / ski-out apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the first floor of an apartment complex in Alpendorf in Sankt Johann im Pongau in Salzburgerland.
Due to the hillside location, you can walk straight up from your apartment to your terrace and enjoy the view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains. The slopes of Alpendorf/Wagrain/Flachau can be reached on foot in about 200 m.
The apartment is luxuriously furnished and has a large living room with seating area and dining table as well as an adjoining outdoor terrace, a luxury kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with a balcony (one with 2 bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms, a relaxation room with sauna (in the complex, shared with other guests and for a fee) and a ski storage room with ski boot warmer. The complex also has an elevator and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. This apartment also offers 2 parking spaces.
Alpendorf, part of St. Johann im Pongau, is located in the middle of the impressive mountains in Salzburgerland and offers around 230 kilometers of marked hiking trails between crystal-clear mountain lakes and rustic alpine huts and around 150 kilometers of signposted mountain bike routes. Several bathing lakes (Rupertisee, Wengsee), the Wagrain water world and the adventure bathing lake in Eben im Pongau ensure plenty of bathing fun in summer.
In winter, the well-known ski area of Alpendorf/Wagrain/Flachau with a total of 210 kilometers of slopes is right next to the apartment complex. In addition, you can also visit other ski areas with the same Ski Amadé pass at no additional cost.
Alpendorf / Wagrain offers plenty of shops and supermarkets for daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants and bars. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in around 1 hour by car.

Perfect apartment with all comforts. Reception perfectly arranged. Lovely beds and bathroom with everything you need. Definitely recommended. The washing machine and dryer in the apartment itself are an extra plus.

What a fantastic apartment. All facilities are available to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The apartment exudes luxury and is very comfortable. From arrival to departure everything was arranged and neatly in order. For example, there is a bread service, so there is fresh bread ready every morning. If there are any questions, you can always reach someone. The sauna is a wonderful extra. So relaxed to seek out the warmth after a day on the slats. The balcony is really huge. With a large group you can enjoy the sun on the balcony because of the perfect location. It is only a 2 minute walk to the gondola. Really amazing! We have been on winter sports for a week, but we are also going in the summer! It is a beautiful area and a child friendly area. We will definitely be back and can recommend this to anyone!
Very nice clean and luxurious chalet. Equipped with everything you really need. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an almost all-round view. You can access the balcony from each bedroom. A very successful architecture. We felt very comfortable and will definitely book this chalet again.

The apartment is very nice and has very good facilities. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and skiing.
What a beautiful apartment! Beautiful luxury decor and fine beds. You can see that everything is new. The apartment is in a beautiful location near several restaurants and many possibilities for excursions. To complete the picture, we would recommend placing 1 large table on the spacious balcony instead of 2 mini-tables. Then the apartment was ours to be perfect.
First home, we missed some things (mattress baby bed, doors of the closet that appeared to be in the storage room). Large terrace nice in the sun.
