Looking for a comfortable base with a view? This apartment for up to four guests sits just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Wörthersee in sunny southern Austria, with beautiful views of the mountains and the lake from its balcony. It is non-smoking, and has Wi-Fi and parking close by.

The spacious living room has a dining area, a TV and a double sofa bed, while the bedroom has a boxspring double bed, which makes this a practical choice for a small family or two couples travelling together. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the amenities, including a dishwasher, induction hob, combination microwave, fridge with freezer, electric kettle and Nespresso machine, so you can enjoy homemade meals and a good coffee at your own pace. Out on the balcony, with garden furniture to settle into, you can take in the stunning views of the mountains and the lake.

The area of turquoise water, rolling hills and the Alpine-Adriatic region invites you to explore Velden and Klagenfurt, take a trip to Italy or Slovenia, or follow the many hiking and cycling routes around the lake. In summer you can go swimming, stand-up paddleboarding or boating, while winter brings nearby ski resorts, winter hiking trails and Christmas markets. A wonderful choice for a holiday in Carinthia in any season.
