Such a clean, beautiful, spaceous apartment! Had a very pleasant stay. I recommend this apartment to everyone!!

Spacious apartment at the end of a quiet road on the grounds of a dairy farm. Wonderfully rural with fantastic mountain views. Andrea is a very helpful hostess. The interior of the apartment is a bit spartan. the infrared sauna is wonderful again.

This place exceeded our expectations, The views are breathtaking, especially from the balcony! The infrared sauna was a hit with everyone after our outdoor activities, Overall, a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure

We had a pleasant stay at the holiday flat in Mittersill, The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our trip, The location is quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature, which made for peaceful evenings, A bit of a drive to get to some attractions, but we appreciated the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle, Overall, a good base for exploring the area and enjoying the outdoors

I would not recommend any one to choose this place because it smells so bad and is afoot away from the cow barn and is full of insects and bees , we could not enjoy our meals in this place although the view was great the location was also far from the centre

This is a newly refurbished apartment in a farm setting about 5 miles outside of Mittersill centre. The apartment itself was spotless and extremely roomy. The living space (lounge \/ kitchen) was a great place to spend time and led out onto a spacious balcony. The views from these were incredible (when the weather allowed). The bay window is a particularly nice feature.\r\n The kids' bedroom had 4 beds (2 singles and a bunk bed)and was at the front of the first floor apartment. The main bedroom is at the back of the apartment.\r\nThe bathroom was also clean and well presented with a large shower, sink and infra-red sauna.\r\nThe only slight omissions were oven gloves and a slight lack of storage space in the kitchen itself (although there is a large separate pantry). Kitchen work space is also limited.\r\nThe surrounding area is beautiful and allowed for good evening walks. One thing to beware of with smaller children, though, is that the farm is on a very steep hill. The family owners were very friendly and happy to chat, despite our limited German.\r\nUnfortunately for us, we had poor weather for most of our two weeks, but I cannot image a nicer place when the weather cheers up!

Beautiful quiet location of the property about 2.5 km from the center of Mittersill. The house is equipped with every comfort. A lot of hiking (for printed walks through the town of Mittersill) at different levels.

House is very clean, nice location, friendly owner. Owner gives good tips for trips etc. Good bread service. Quiet area.

It was a lovely house, very spacious, even for a large family. It was also very clean. A disadvantage outside the house was that there were a lot of flies, because the farm. Apartment "Spielbichl " is a delightful apartment, the kitchen is equipped with every comfort. (Dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc) There is a nice large dining area, which can be easily. 6 persons seated Small minus is the number of ordinary seats, there is quite a sofa bed in the living room, but you can not really sit comfortably with eg 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms including a very good 2 bed and lying in one of the rooms there is also a bunk bed for children. you have access to a spacious balcony (with table and sofa) and possibly a 2nd balcony when you really would stay in the apartment. 6 or more pers balconies Bathroom with sauna is spacious and like the rest of the apartment very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is really beautiful, you look out over the valley and on the "Hohe Tauern " The apartment is an excellent base for hiking and excursions. Overall, the apartment is a must for anyone looking for a nice spacious apartment like, love peace and where you have all excursions within easy reach.

The apartment was a dream come true! Spacious, with stunning views of the mountains from the balcony, Perfect for our family ski trip—just a short ride to the slopes, We loved the infrared sauna after a long day on the pistes!

Mittersill is centrally located between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern. Therefore, it is possible in the vicinity (1 car an hour) sights and experiences offers exercise. Mittersill itself is also a great starting point for hiking. The property is, however, about 3 km. outside the town center, so that a private car is recommended (Transport Purchasing self-sufficiency for apartments). Advantage, of course, is the quieter residential location and better Aussicht.Die apartment itself is in a brand new, immaculate and very well maintained.

We have spent 2 weeks in this house with great pleasure. The house is really nice and the sauna is by us with pleasure gebruikt.Broodjes up every day for the door in a mandje.De area is really nice and there is plenty to do for young and oud.Mooie things in the environment: Großglockner, Zell am See, krimmler waterfall, many beautiful gorges with steep stairs, nice restaurants nearby (not expensive).

What a nice holiday: clean, luxurious and on a dead end street so the kids could safely outside Splen. Watch out! The owner made us falsely, for our three children pay tax. Still good for 23.10 euro. Tax should only be paid from 15 years

Nice clean and new home, sweet hostess and 5 minutes from the slopes. We have a great holiday and will definitely be back!
