The house is very nice, but some things need improvement. The basic cleaning supplies were not provided (bucket and mop for washing the floors; only one broom with a dustpan). The cleaning was done superficially: we found glass shards and other dirt (hair strands and pet fur) under the beds. The basement toilet was leaking, flooding the bathroom. Furthermore, the kitchen was not adequately equipped to host 23 people: there were not enough utensils (10 spoons, insufficient glasses), and the kitchen supplies were inadequate: there were no oven mitts or dishcloths, there was no blender/food processor, and the cookware was just enough for 10 people, but insufficient for 23. Finally, there were no instructions regarding the house: garbage collection days, how/where to dispose of and sort the trash. It would have been very helpful to have access to the washing machine - which was there but locked and inaccessible. Compared to the requested cost, and in comparison to other similar properties rented on other occasions, the quality/price ratio is not comparable to many other available properties.

The deposit was not retained with any plausible reason nor in accordance with the policies.

Spacious holiday home perfect for large groups, Enjoyed the outdoor amenities and stunning mountain views

The stay was outstanding. Everyone came back very happy and satisfied with the trip. The amount of snow we had gave the opportunity for excellent skiing in all the resorts we visited and that's the most important thing. A very spacious, clean and comfortable house for a large group (21 people). We would like to thank Mrs. Magdalena for a nice reception. See you in a year. Mirosław Jędrusik
