In winter, the cross-country ski trail is just 50 metres from the apartment, allowing you to practically leave the apartment on your skis. The region offers beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as numerous attractions, including the famous Krimml Waterfalls, just a 15-minute drive away. The Wildkogel-Arena, located between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Tauern mountain range, offers excellent conditions for an unforgettable winter sports holiday, with 75 kilometres of ski slopes.

A special highlight is the public Kristallbad Wald, located just 50 metres away and easily accessible on foot. Guests can enjoy 3 hours of free access to the Kristallbad every day. A ski bus also stops almost directly outside the property, just a 20-metre walk away.

The apartment features a lovely dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Don't feel like cooking? You can simply enjoy a meal at the apartment complex's restaurant, which serves authentic Austrian cuisine in a cosy atmosphere.
