This cozy holiday apartment for up to four people is located in a holiday home in the small village of Wald im Pinzgau in the Salzburg region, near Königsleiten, the Hohe Tauern National Park, and the Zillertal Arena ski resort. The famous Krimml Waterfalls are also well worth a visit!
This apartment features a spacious living/sleeping area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a modern open-plan kitchen. The apartment also has a balcony and access to the communal facilities. For example, you can enjoy a football match in the Sky Sports Bar, a game of table tennis, or a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool (open from the beginning of June to the end of September).
For an additional fee, you can also enjoy a full breakfast or use the wellness facilities such as the sauna and solarium. Please note that breakfast is not available during April/May and November/early December due to staff absence.
The Zillertal Arena ski resort, with 150 kilometers of slopes and 52 lifts, is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home (approximately 11 km from the village center). With the villages of Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Wald, and Krimml/Hochkrimml, this ski area stretches from the Zillertal valley in Tyrol to the Pinzgau region of Salzburg and is diverse, family-friendly, and snow-sure.
The area around Wald im Pinzgau offers a wide range of leisure and recreational activities year-round, and its varied landscape has something for everyone.

The business is run by the Schranz family. Super welcoming. Apartment on 2nd floor is great and fully equipped. Excellent bathroom, kitchen, dining room, sofa with TV, nice bed and no less than 4 balconies. Close to Krimml waterfalls, you can do your shopping in the area enough, bakery at max 2 km. All in all great!
We stayed in a small apartment-like hotelroom. The local area is beautiful and it had everything necessary within short range. The host was very friendly and dining at the hotel was affordable og good.
Gunther is the name of the host and his wife and family are very hospitable, lovely people who like to make you feel at home. The apartment we stayed in was very neat and clean. Downstairs the restaurant is also highly recommended. Our children (and mom and dad) were able to enjoy themselves in the small but nice swimming pool that could be found outside in the garden. All in all, a must for a nice stay in a beautiful area where there is plenty to do.
A great stay. Perfect location (15 minutes to the ski area), room facilities great! The owner very very nice and helpful! I would recommend it to everyone!

Very much enjoyed a wonderful stay and Austrian hospitality, with a wonderful host! Neat apartment fully equipped.
The welcome by Gunther was friendly and you immediately feel welcome. And man who knows how to be a perfect host. Shows interest in the expired day and perfect service is provided. Very nice with children. Everything super clean. There is plenty to do in the area, especially by car.
Warm welcome, we were allocated a different apartment than booked, but this had the advantage of being on the (quiet) garden side and not on the street side.
Clean spacious studio, they could easily have made it into a 2 or 3 room apartment.
