The house is ideal for a group of 10 people. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom, although the bathrooms in the double rooms are relatively small and offer hardly any storage space. A shelf or bathroom cabinet would be helpful here. In the living room, which is not shown in the pictures, there are only seating options on chairs or benches, but no sofa to lie on. The kitchen is well equipped, but the number of small spoons is limited. The covered seating area outside is very nice. A Weber charcoal grill with a chimney starter completes the experience. The outdoor lighting could be a bit brighter. The cleanliness was a negative aspect. There was dirt in the corners everywhere, and the swept-up debris from the last cleaning was still behind a door. Unfortunately, there is no vacuum cleaner in the house. Occasionally, there were silverfish in the kitchen, and the kitchen drawers were dirty. We also noticed the missing exterior shutters negatively. The bedrooms were exposed to the sun all day at high temperatures, which led to uncomfortable warmth in the rooms in the evening. Additionally, there was no storage room for our e-bikes. Given the price, I would have expected these things. Furthermore, the view in the photos is not accurate; you look directly at a house that is about 10-15 meters away. The location is a bit outside of Hopfgarten (2-3 km). Bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants are quickly and easily accessible.

In an incredibly beautiful setting stands a stunning house. This accommodation is perfect for young and old alike. The hosts are top-notch. There is plenty to do in the area. We had a lovely lunch in the mountains at an authentic cheese shop. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Lovely house. Everything well done. Spacious and tidy. Living room is not in the photos but is cozy.

Nice house with enough bedrooms with a private bathroom. Bus stop in front of the door but a small disadvantage is that the ski bus only goes a few times a day.

Beautiful large house and neatly cared for with all the trimmings (and what was not there was immediately arranged) both inside and out. With three families with z "n 12 and spent a wonderful winter holiday.
