This inviting Tyrolean wooden chalet combines cosy alpine charm with modern comforts. Nestled in the Kitzbühel Alps at an altitude of 828 metres, it features underfloor heating, wooden floors and a private, enclosed garden for peaceful moments outdoors. Guests also have access to the nearby relaxation area (100 metres) in the main building, which is equipped with a sauna, infrared cabin and pool table for relaxation and leisure activities.
The house is designed for both comfort and functionality. A spacious living and dining room with satellite TV and DVD player opens onto a sunny terrace with garden furniture. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster – ideal for preparing family meals. A bedroom with balcony, a modern bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, a guest toilet and a storage room with washing machine ensure a homely stay. An e-charging station is available for all guests to use on the premises.
Step outside and discover the beauty of the Wildschönau Valley. The chalet is located near the Waldrandweg trail (200 m), panoramic hiking trails and the Franziskusweg adventure trail (800 m). With over 300 km of marked hiking trails, the region is a paradise for hikers and Nordic walking enthusiasts. Families can visit the Salvenaland Hopfgarten leisure park with its swimming lake, just 10 km away, or discover the varied landscape from heathland to alpine climbs. Thanks to the Wildschönau Premium Card, you can also enjoy attractive extras that make this chalet the perfect starting point for adventure and relaxation.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed, The kitchen was well-stocked, and we had no trouble preparing meals, The hosts were friendly and made us feel right at home

Nice location and neat houses. Everything is well organized for the children. The only downside was that there was nothing to close the stairs with (stair gate, etc.)

A lovely stay overall, The wellness area was a nice touch, although it could get a bit busy during peak times, The chalet was charming, but we wished for a few more kitchen utensils for cooking

In my opinion, my customer complaint was not taken seriously. I have never experienced such massive noise pollution from a construction site during my travels (5 m from the house property, all preparatory construction equipment
The bread roll service is very nice, unfortunately the quality of the rolls wasn't that great,,,
The apartment is in the center of the village, everything is easily accessible, the main street is very noisy from 5 a.m. until the evening, garbage is disposed of twice a week, but the collection should be more inconspicuous (avoid the rattling of bottles from 7 a.m.!), the equipment and quality of the apartment is value for money,
Carport was not available as in the brochure! The street was sometimes too loud because it was too close,,,,,,No private ferry in front of and next to the house (outside), driveway partially blocked, no demarcation to the neighboring houses,,,,(technical room unbearably warm)
It is a very nice property, but it was not clear beforehand that it is in the middle of the city and is built up all around. The staff were very friendly and always approachable
Personally, we would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, since it's just not for everyone
