The Wildschönau holiday village is located at an altitude of 828 meters on a gentle slope in the Kitzbühel Alps and welcomes you to a traditional Tyrolean wooden chalet that unfolds its own charm with each season. In winter, a blanket of snow envelops it, creating the perfect setting for cozy evenings, while in summer the landscape blooms in vibrant colors. The house accommodates six guests and combines privacy with a warm sense of community.
Inside, wooden floors and underfloor heating ensure coziness. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and the adjoining living/dining area with a TV, DVD player, and stereo system quickly becomes the center of family life. Three bedrooms upstairs – two of which have balconies – and a large bathroom with a bathtub create retreats for everyone. Practical extras such as a washing machine, baby cot, and highchair facilitate longer stays.
Outside, the fenced garden with swings and play equipment invites you to relax and play. Just 100 meters away, the Vicky Apartments' wellness area offers soothing relaxation, featuring a sauna, infrared cabin, and billiards table. Two carport parking spaces and an electric charging station provide modern conveniences. Numerous adventures begin right outside the front door: walks along the edge of the forest (200 meters), panoramic trails, alpine hikes, or the family-friendly St. Francis Trail. In summer, the Salvenaland amusement park and the swimming lake (10 km) beckon. With the free Wildschönau Premium Card, you can also benefit from numerous activities and discounts.

In my opinion, my customer complaint was not taken seriously. I have never experienced such massive noise pollution from a construction site during my travels (5 m from the house property, all preparatory construction equipment
The bread roll service is very nice, unfortunately the quality of the rolls wasn't that great,,,
The apartment is in the center of the village, everything is easily accessible, the main street is very noisy from 5 a.m. until the evening, garbage is disposed of twice a week, but the collection should be more inconspicuous (avoid the rattling of bottles from 7 a.m.!), the equipment and quality of the apartment is value for money,
Carport was not available as in the brochure! The street was sometimes too loud because it was too close,,,,,,No private ferry in front of and next to the house (outside), driveway partially blocked, no demarcation to the neighboring houses,,,,(technical room unbearably warm)
It is a very nice property, but it was not clear beforehand that it is in the middle of the city and is built up all around. The staff were very friendly and always approachable
Personally, we would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, since it's just not for everyone
Our house was on the edge of the settlement and therefore further away from the main road to Wörgl, we really liked the house and its location (but only this house),
The dishwasher was defective and was not repaired, the children's playground was not as described, the accommodation was cleaned insufficiently, it was not as advertised
