Great stay. However, there was a lot of noise from the road and it was very shaded.

The house is beautifully situated. Nice view over the valley and the Hohe Tauern across the valley. The house is luxuriously furnished and finished. Good, fully equipped kitchen, nice dining area, good beds in the upstairs bedroom, and sufficient closet space. The house has a garden with a lawn, the terrace has a roof, a lower garden with a lawn, and 2 balconies. So it's perfect to sit outside comfortably in both nice weather and rain. Good garden furniture. There is space to park above the house, but with a large car, it is quite tight to make the necessary turn. The house is close to the center of Bramberg, the main road, and the cable car. Excellent base for walks and such. We had a great time. But the house has a few disadvantages. The kitchen-living room has a low ceiling and there are a few steps from the living room to the hallway, to the toilet, and to the bedroom. You have to pay attention, and tall people need to bend down. The few steps to the bedroom are tricky if you want to go to the toilet downstairs at night. The shower is nice, but during our stay, there was a problem with the water pressure. The house has its own water reservoir of 1500 liters, which should be automatically refilled by the stream. Something was wrong, causing that not to happen. The owner came to check and called the fire department to refill the reservoir, but that did not solve the problem. A plumber came twice more. The water pressure did improve, but not as it was in the first week. On nice summer days, the upstairs bedroom gets warm. There is no air conditioning. The kitchen-living room stays at a good temperature. For cold winter days, there is a heater in the kitchen.

This is a unique location for those seeking peace. Beautifully situated on a mountain with magnificent views. The cottage is beautifully decorated, almost everything is completely new. You can park your car next to the cottage. I was there with a motorcycle, which you can park at the top or bottom of the path. Wonderful surroundings for touring. Supermarket about 1 kilometer away. Recommended for those looking for tranquility.

everything was in order nice space good inventory only the couch is not comfortable to sit on and the road to get there was a challenge it doesn't show up on the navigation at least the number is unknown

Great accommodation to stay when in Bramberg! We stayed for a short ski trip with 2 adults and two kids (7 and 5 years old). The accommodation is nicely decorated, clean and well equipped, we especially liked the automatic coffee machine! There's enough room for 4. Upstairs a big bedroom with a double bed and optional 1 person sofa /bed and downstairs a smaller room with a converted sofabed for two. The Bathroom is adjacent to the downstairs room, access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Storage space is good and all necessities of a kitchen are there, great! The location is beautiful overlooking the valley on a dead-end road with some nice walking path to a small waterfall, there"s parking space next to the house. Check-in was easy by phoning the owners and the key was in a locker. The Ski gondola is about 1KM away, so either quite a walk or a short drive, we drove to the gondola and parked closed to it on the free parking area

House is equipped with all comforts. Luxuriously finished. Nice view over the valley. Highly recommended
