Panorama Chalet 9

The location was ideal for our winter getaway, Just a short bus ride to the Kitzbühel ski area, The apartment itself was well-equipped and clean, We appreciated the ski boot heaters—definitely a nice touch for those chilly mornings!

Very nice apartment next to the elevator and with a nice restaurant downstairs. Enough space and sufficient facilities to stay for a longer period of time.

Nice, clean apartment, just not suitable for 8 people as in description. We were 5 people, very small fridge. And cutlery far too little, especially the knives. Drying rack very small, 2 towels and then it is already full. And only 6 chairs at the dining table. Located high, so must take into account a 10/15 minute drive for supermarkets, etc.

On arrival the reception was no longer manned, as promised we were able to get our key for the apartment from a locker and found our parking space in the underground car park and our room without any problems. The next day we were greeted warmly by the receptionist and provided with numerous hiking tips on request. The accommodation was very nice, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The huge balcony was unfortunately towards the pass road, which is why it was a bit louder in parts due to the passing traffic. There are numerous shopping opportunities in the nearest town. Many great hiking opportunities, mountain railways, museums and swimming lakes can be reached within a 30-minute drive. There are also many great offers for children. From the "local mountain" you have a great view of the surrounding area.

We were welcomed very friendly. We really liked the accommodation! The location right on the slopes and the gondola entrance right outside the front door are ideal for skiers!

Perfect accommodation for people who just want to ski. Short paths to the lift, no waiting, in the evening on skis almost into the basement. Spacious apartment house, underground parking included, modern, well-equipped apartment - especially in the kitchen, nothing is missing. Modern technology, W-LAN in the apartment, very effective floor heating, very friendly staff! The check-in and check-out went smoothly, small flaws were immediately turned off. What we did not like breakfast at 9:00 clock in the adjacent restaurant was clearly too late, even The bread service, we only used once, because only at 8.00 clock is delivered. But we are just freaks, who want to take the first train to the mountain ... o) The pictures in the network are (as with all providers) quite optimistic - the apartment was much smaller than expected. (How do they only these photos?) From an occupancy of more than 6 people, we would advise against, since only 6 beds are available. Although there is a sofa bed in the living / kitchen, but the dining table counts only 6 chairs. Self-catering are well advised to provide in one of the last places before the finish ever reason, the opening times of the supermarkets are somewhat limited. (Sundays only Kitzbühel, in the immediate vicinity closing time in the week already at 18.00 o'clock) All in all necessarily recommended! Price / performance fits great!

Warm welcome on arrival. Very helpful. We could already see the apartment in spite of our early arrival. Neatly cleaned apartment. Nice location and excellent location on the slopes.

Fantastic welcome! Amazing and clean apartment with everything you could wish for. Beautiful views and right on the slopes. Even if you do not go skiing, you are in the winter atmosphere. Cozy terrace for lunch and apres ski!

Great stay overall! The living room was super comfy, and I appreciated the modern amenities like the WiFi and dishwasher, Only downside was the parking situation could've been better, but not a huge deal, Still had a lovely time!

Only gripe much noisy traffic away from Kitzbühel to Mittersill. The other side of the building there will then do not bother. We were very kindly received by Bernadette. She gave us a brief tour of the apartment and showed us the parking spaces in the garage. The apartment was tidy cleaned. The fitted sheets were already neatly to the duvets. We had an eight-apartment with two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) with both in a toilet. The kitchen was well equipped with good "cuisine" material. The electric cooking suited us less, but that may be a matter of wennen.De WiFi was excellent! No problems with multiple devices on the internet and went prima.Per person we got a large bath towel and a smaller one. That was enough for a week, but Bernadette does it super for "resolved". It really gives you the feeling of vacation. She is very friendly and helpful. She is always open for a chat and give good tips HINTS the environment. The weather was not optimal. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Good to stay in the apartment despite the rain.

Beautifully located apartment. The complex is located right by the gondola. Interior cozy and warm. Very spacious! We had a top holiday. The bread service was perfect. Every morning there were fresh bread at the door and a box of eggs. We have enjoyed

It was a great apartment. Luxurious and clean. Unfortunately not anywhere near, but by car it is doable!

We stayed 7 nights at the Panorama Chalet. It was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful and the surroundings are amazing. Of all the places we have stayed and skied this is the one that we would return to again and again. Hope to see you next year!!!

Fantastic apartment and apartment with all necessary luxury. Very spacious apartment and terrace, Nienburg Mittersil, an ideal base for summer outings. Enjoyed the many surrounding lakes for the children, the wealth of walks and beautiful places to visit. (Kriml waterfalls, Kitzlocklamme, Grossglockner and Kitzsteinhorn). Close to supermarkets and center of Mittersill, welcome by the host controller. Definitely worth repeating.

Spacious and well-furnished! The kids had plenty of room to play, and we loved the cozy living room for family movie nights, The proximity to Hollersbach and its ski lifts was so convenient, Would definitely return!
