The chalet boasts a spacious living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for relaxing and socializing. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and direct access to a sunny balcony with beautiful mountain views.
There are 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms, all designed in a cozy alpine style. After an active day, unwind in your private sauna. Additional amenities include a ski room with ski boot dryer and convenient on-site parking.
Perfect location for year-round activities:
Mühlbach am Hochkönig, part of the UNESCO Geopark “Ore of the Alps”, is an excellent base for both summer and winter holidays. In winter, the Hochkönig ski area (over 120 km of slopes) is just a short drive away, offering snow reliability and charming mountain huts. Smaller ski areas like Hinterreit and Hochkeil add to the variety.
In summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golf, paragliding, or simply relaxing in nature. Nearby swimming options include the outdoor pools in Mühlbach and Maria Alm, as well as the beautiful Zeller See and Goldegger See.

Cold mornings started better thanks to the ski boot dryer that warmed things up nicely.
The balcony was bright and offered stunning views of the mountains. Relaxing in the sauna felt so cozy.
The wifi allowed me to do some work while others enjoyed time relaxing in the lounge area without issues.
All I needed was a clean place to rest after hiking, which this spot provided along with peaceful surroundings.
More space than we thought for eight guests. The open kitchen brought everyone together while cooking, and parking on-site was super handy after busy days outside.
I would book here again for sure. Parking right by the door, easy ski storage downstairs, plus being able to warm up anytime in the sauna made it feel like my own calm alpine getaway for winter or summer.
Unit is very nice with great views. We were surprised when there was no salt, pepper, hand soap, or paper towels. had to purchase all and leave in unit. There was also no iron. The host was not easy to reach before showing up by using app. Found out that she was on Whatsapp. Would have liked to have known that before we were standing at the front door.
We have already been to the vacation apartment several times. The apartment is very nice and we lacked nothing in terms of amenities. The view is simply beautiful.
The house was in a beautiful location, easily accessible. Inside, everything was neatly organized, everything was present and clean, absolutely perfect!

Very nice and modern vacation house in a beautifull landscape. We will come back.
We had app 525B, which is almost the entire house. The floor in particular is spacious, with a nice balcony. There is a strict garbage policy in the house, but with a little good will it can be adhered to, but the paper is not that easy, so we took that with us ;-) . Mühlbach is centrally located in the region, so you can go in all directions. Communication with the manager is via WhatsApp. It was a bit late with additional guidelines for gaining access to the house. Advice to the manager, do this at least 1 day in advance. I can highly recommend the apartment!

The chalet is well-equipped and very comfortable, We appreciated the modern amenities, especially the fully stocked kitchen and the cozy fireplace, It was just a short drive to the ski lifts, which made our mornings hassle-free, Overall, a solid choice for a winter getaway
