Beautiful spacious house. Fully furnished. Excellent for six adults. Friendly, helpful, Dutch owner.

The house looked good inside, only one bathroom had no door to the shower cabin. That was difficult. Outside the garden was smaller than the photo shows. The surroundings were beautiful.

Great flat, very nice and helpful landlord, good location and very beautiful area with many possibilities for activities. The price of the tourist card includes free use of the train and free entry to the swimming pool in the village and the swimming lake in the neighboring village. The swimming lake in particular is highly recommended.

What a beautiful house. With a beautiful view on the covered balcony. Very clean and everything available. Private bedroom with bathroom, which was pleasant during our stay with a friendly couple. Friendly owner. I would definitely recommend it. Beds slept fantastic. Nice stay for a great price in beautiful surroundings. Many walking options.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and neat.

What a beautiful apartment this is! We are here in the summer and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The bedrooms are fine and the mattresses on the beds sleep wonderfully. Bathrooms also both neat, modern and clean. Living room, dining room and kitchen are completely fine for 4/6 people. We spent a lot of time on the terrace. We love the peace and the wide view. We prefer to visit the bustle of Zell am See if we need it. Valentijn and his wife Ricarda are also very hospitable and pleasant. So if you are looking for an apartment in this area, this is the place for you!

Fantastic apartment with Dutch owner. Very friendly and helpful. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own shower/bath. Very clean. Large living room and kitchen equipped with everything. Look no further and book here. There is more than enough entertainment in the area. Family Gerritsen.

We had an amazing stay at the penthouse! The views of the mountains were simply stunning, and the spacious living area made it so comfortable for our group, Having direct access to the balcony was a lovely touch, especially for our morning coffee

Arrival is coordinated via SMS with a key-lockbox. Was fine! The apartment is very spacious, beautiful, spotlessly clean and has a magnificent view of the Kaprun mountains. The kitchen is very complete, everything has been thought of. From the house you can take all kinds of walks and go straight into nature. The lifts of Kaprun and Zell am See are nearby and you can rent bicycles in both villages. We had a wonderful holiday week.

Super nice apartment with everything you need. We felt very well, and enjoyed the nature. There is something for everyone in the area, whether for the need of peace or for the family with many job opportunities for the kids and beautiful hiking tours.

We were there with z "n sixes but there are even more people in. Very nice house with all the amenities you need to feel at home.Skigebieden Zell am Zee and Kaprun easy to reach by car - 5-10min Ride time.Hele friendelike owners.We had forgotten to book a highchair in advance.This was on location within elnkele minuten.Heel very happy with that house!

Valentine was a good host. Accommodation is new, clean and beautiful! Quiet spot at the top of the village, parking in front of the door. Nice view, spacious bathrooms, nice balcony. Stayed with 6 people and was sat. Advice is to have cars with you.With the bus on wintersport you do not get far.Miste personally only a fireplace to the apartment from a 9 to a 10 to lift.

A really nice apartment with a large balcony and great views of the mountains. The equipment is new. For more than 8 people the apartment is not suitable. In particular, the bedroom for 4 people is barely larger than the bed. We were very nicely received by the landlords who were also available for questions. A small village shop and a bakery are nearby. For everything else you need a car. Zell am See and Kaprun are only a few driving minutes away. It is also just a few minutes to the Tauern Therme. To the ski areas, however, you have to use the car. There is no regular ski bus connection.

Further shopping possibilities in Kaprun or Zell am See (both only a few minutes by car)
