The highlight of the penthouse is the private rooftop terrace with an exclusive sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, and a double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. A small starter kit with dishwashing tabs, detergent, sponge, trash bags, and cleaning cloths is provided upon arrival.
Located in the beautiful Rauris Valley within the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, the penthouse is just a short distance from the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen cable car station, providing direct access to the ski slopes. Relax in the 1,000 m² wellness area with an indoor pool, panoramic saunas, and an alpine rooftop garden. The Nationalpark Sommercard (May–Oct) and Nationalpark Wintercard (Dec–Apr) are included, along with access to Restaurant Albert, a ski school, ski rental, and a sports shop.
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The penthouse has unique, individual decor, ensuring a personalized experience. Pets are welcome on request (for an additional fee).

Carpe Solem is an amazing hotel-apartment, It is extremely comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, We have stayed there twice now and would happily return again, The hotel restaurant is fantastic, and the owner and staff deserve high praise, During the summer, you receive a Somner card that grants free entry into many attractions, The scenery is simply perfect!
The hotel's interior is extremely tasteful and modern, the rooms and apartments are beautifully designed and optimally divided, the wellness area is huge and equipped with everything you need, from the sauna you have a breathtaking view of the slopes and the relaxation area invites you to relax,
It's just beautiful here! The wellness and swimming pool area is simply fantastic. We've come here 5 times already and are already looking forward to the ski season in January! The Carpe Solem is just beautiful!
