This large, detached chalet for up to 50 people is located in Wald-Koenigsleiten, an alpine village on the Gerlos Pass in Salzburgerland, near the Zillertal Arena ski area.
A chalet with breathtaking views over the valley and Europe's highest waterfall, the Krimml Waterfalls. The central location of this spacious holiday home gives you the choice between three major ski areas with a total of almost 400 km of slopes, just minutes from the chalet:
Zillertal Arena (Königleiten – Gerlos), Wildkogel Arena (Neukirchen – Bramberg), and Kitzbühel Arena (Hollersbach – Kitzbühel). The ski bus, which takes you to the Zillertal Arena cable car, stops right outside!
The chalet is also an ideal starting point for an active holiday in summer. It is located in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park and offers numerous hiking and biking trails. And of course, a visit to the Krimml Waterfalls is a must. The Kristallbad Wald-Königsleiten spa offers plenty of swimming fun in the summer!
The Chalet Bergerblick Zillertal Arena is a luxurious holiday home for large groups (up to 50 people) with every comfort. The large chalet features a wellness area with a sauna, shower, and relaxation & yoga area. There is a professional kitchen with pizza ovens, a cozy dining area for the whole group, a fully equipped bar, and two lounge areas with a TV corner. Adjacent to the dining area and bar is the large terrace with stunning views.
There are 20 comfortable bedrooms (all with new box-spring beds) and 18 bathrooms. From the balconies, you have breathtaking views of the Hohe Tauern mountain range, with Europe's highest waterfall, the Krimml Waterfalls, in the distance. The chalet offers a ski storage room with ski boot warmers, a washing machine, and garden furniture. Parking is available directly at the chalet.
For reasons of tranquility, this house is not rented to groups of young people. Student parties, bachelor parties, or drinking parties are prohibited in this house.

Very neat and cozy house for many people. You could sit comfortably in the restaurant area. If you had any questions, the caretaker immediately came by to help. Even if something was not in order, the caretaker was immediately on site to resolve it properly.
Great house in a great location. Super furnished rooms, very nice bathrooms and above all very clean. The kitchen is suitable for large groups and also very well equipped. We liked it so much that we booked again for next year the care excellent.

Excellent accessible house. Beautiful, spacious home consisting of two connected parts. Fully equipped. Beautiful view! The area is beautiful; from the main valley the southern side valleys all run into the Hohe Tauern Park. That is really beautiful.
Everything perfect in chalet Bergerblick!
Fantastic house with wonderful views. Very spacious, perfect beds, clean bathrooms and a warm welcome. If something was missing, immediate action was taken. The ski slopes are easily accessible via the old Gerlosweg (if not snowed), otherwise via Krimm but that is not far.
We stayed in this accommodation with a group of 48 people. What a fantastic house everything really fits the rooms, the bar, the kitchen the chill spaces. The only thing is that the distance to the slopes is a bit through the mountains. We had no snow so no problem. Really a big 10 !!!!!!!!!
We also booked this chalet a year ago. So you know what to expect. Yet the owner and the manager (v) know how to surprise you again on the spot. Reception is good and friendly. The manager is immediately ready for you. The house is entirely for the group (45) people. Well-kept rooms with good beds. Enough and good bathrooms. A beautiful spacious dining room with bar where you can tap your own beer (apres ski so you just do in the chalet) there are also bottles of wine in the house. Furthermore, there are 2 beautiful spacious living rooms where you can watch TV or a movie (large screens you do not have to peer) or just read a book. The ski room is well cared for. And last but not least there is a professional kitchen where you can cook well for a large group. Our group was and is enthusiastic about the house. (It may be a bit stupid for me to write so enthusiastically about this chalet, it can attract people who want to experience it myself, that makes my chance to rent the chalet in a desired week a little smaller, but I don't miss anyone enjoyment of this chalet.) During our holiday a lot of snow fell and because the chalet is 4.5 km uphill you have a hassle with snow chains. We are not used to that in the Netherlands and have insufficient experience.
The house is relatively new renovated and offers a great room standard. Unfortunately, not all rooms have a toilet and a shower / bath in the room. The kitchen is relatively small, but functional. With a lot of snow, the approach to the house is not easy, because you can use a single-lane pass road to get there. The manager has At any time an open ear and takes care of the concerns promptly.We want to go back.

Nice big house (former hotel) with a good kitchen where you can work well to cook for a large group of food. A nice tap and a few kegs of beer in stock as well as a few boxes of wine. The apres ski you can do well in your holiday. Good beds (also important) The managers live opposite the house and are very helpful if you need them
