Haus Kampe has a lot to offer, especially: excellent amenities and plenty of space for you, your family, and/or your friends in Tyrol's beautiful landscape. Family-friendly prices. In summer, PREMIUMCards, mountain lifts, and hiking buses are included. Pets are also welcome for an additional €5 per day :-)

Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 9 people. There is one double room with a children's bunk bed, one double room with an extra bed, and a family bedroom with a double bed and a children's bunk bed. There is also an extra bed on the sofa bed in the reading room. A wood-burning stove in the living room invites you to cozy evenings.

Enjoy a comfortable holiday experience with wooden tiles and eco-designer flooring.

Soak up the sun on the southeast-facing balcony and relax on the cool northwest-facing balcony or the lawn when it's hot, or enjoy the summer on the southeast-facing terrace with a cheerful breakfast in the sun. The small garden is fenced and therefore ideal for children to play in. They can also swing to their heart's content.

Parking for three cars is available directly at the house, including a garage space, eliminating the need for ice scraping in winter. Due to the steep driveway, we strongly recommend bringing snow chains or other winter equipment in winter, as parking on the street below is unfortunately not permitted, making arrival by car impossible.

Also included: three toilets, two newly renovated bathrooms, each with a shower (one a comfortable rain shower!), bed linens and towels, radio/satellite TV, washing machine, firewood for one use of the fireplace (you will need to arrange and purchase additional firewood if you wish to use the fireplace again), an antique grandfather clock, a cozy Tyrolean living room with a corner sofa and bench, a hallway/stairwell with a rustic banister and stunning mountain views.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the house, and free hotspots can also be found at the mountain lifts in the village center (approx. 800m). The house is heated during the heating season with a state-of-the-art, climate-neutral biomass pellet heating system: Great for your ecological conscience :-)
