This beautiful detached group house is just a few minutes walk from the cosy centre of Westendorf. On the first floor you enter the entrance hall which leads into the living room, open plan kitchen with 8 burner hob and large dining table. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony with stunning views of the mountains. Is it a bit chilly outside? Warm up and relax in the in-house sauna.
After a day's skiing, you can store and warm up your ski equipment in the cottage's ski room.
There is plenty to do in the summer too! Hikers and cyclists can enjoy the beautiful green surroundings from their own garden with garden furniture.

Skiing in Wilder Kaiser - Brixental
The Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski area is one of the largest and most diverse ski areas in Austria. With over 280 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes and modern ski lifts, there is plenty of skiing fun for both beginners and advanced skiers. Snowboarders can enjoy the fun parks, while cross-country skiers and winter hikers will find beautiful routes through the snow-covered countryside. With good connections between the various villages in the area, it is possible to discover a new route every day.
The cosy cafes, local shops and traditional restaurants make you feel right at home. Westendorf's central location in the Kitzbühel Alps makes it an excellent base for many activities and excursions in the region.
