Apartment Verditz 1

Very nice apartment. Truly an oasis of peace. The hostess is extremely friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to family circumstances, but we would book it again in a heartbeat.

The reception by the owner of the house was very good. Due to the fiiles and baustelles we were a few hours later than 6 o'clock, but that was no problem at all. Everything else was there. Changing towels was also no problem. The house is located in a great area. Enjoying nature.

Very nice, big house. Great apartment for 7 person and 2 dogs. We had a lot of space. And unbelievable view from terrace!!! Peace and quiet, very nice owners, only positives!!!

The view was breathtaking. The bathroom is very dated and also mold on the shower doors and between the tiles. The smell in the second toilet is very bad. Really a sewer air. The lamp also went wrong and indicated this right. But the lamp was not changed. However, the timer on the second toilet was removed because it kept running. What was really needed. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are fine.

The location of the house was fantastic, a quiet place in the mountains. The receipt by the owner was friendly, she was very helpful. The house was all there. A good location for making trips in the area. The view from the house was amazing.

Nice quiet location at 1000 m altitude with stunning views of the valley. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Also around the house a lot of space for children to play.

We have been 2 weeks on this holiday, and it was great. We had good weather and have every day can make nice trips. The house is perfectly adequate. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The kitchen is a bit small, but all the essentials are there. (There was just no scissors and no teapot) The houseowner is doing her very best to make you feel at home. Because you are on a mountain you should always sit in the car on the road. Overall a lovely place to stay.

We were there at 6 pax). We rented 3 rooms. It was a very good choice. The rest provides assessment.

We had traveled five of the children had been looking forward to the farm animals mentioned in the description. Unfortunately, there are no other animals except two rabbits !!! Thus, the disappointment was great. If we had known when booking, we would never have booked here. The landlady told us that the animals had to give away in 2013 for family reasons. Too bad that the description to date still aufweisst the same misstatement. The decor of the apartment is ideally suitable for 7 people, the dining room table has only 6 places and it is very close. Unfortunately the weather was against it, but what a beautiful place and fifteen minutes outside of Villach.

We were two weeks in Haus Bodner and had a nice holiday. The view from the balcony on the second floor was really super. We saw in the distance Villach are about 10 km away. The balcony of the apartment next to us was exactly our window which was a pity. We opened the window and the curtains closed to also give the neighbors. Privacy The balcony door was all glass so we still had plenty of daylight. This was the only downside.

We had a very nice week in this apartment. With a group of seven adults we have chosen this accommodation to make from there the Carinthian ski resorts uncertain. Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen can be reached by car afloat in about 20 minutes. The apartment we enjoyed wonderful and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlord have the week made for a very pleasant holiday.

Had a lovely holiday, it's all super good care, only you are very dependent on the car, as the apartment is situated on a mountain. The advantage of this is that you have a wonderful view.

We have it as a great experience, fresh rolls every morning, lots of rest and a good hostess. If you need something you did that just to show, she is very flexible they really want to give a holiday feeling. We have a very good feeling held just a pity that there were no more children for those of us to play.
