In winter, the shuttle bus takes you comfortably to the Kanzelbahn cable car of the Gerlitzen ski area. With around 42 kilometers of slopes, both beginners and experienced skiers will find ideal conditions for varied skiing days.

Very nice place with a splendid view of the lake. Very friendly owners.
We felt completely at home - the Franz holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired. Super clean, perfectly equipped, great location, it was like coming home every evening. Uncomplicated contact with very friendly landlords. We would book the flat again at any time.
We felt completely at ease and didn't want to leave. Everything is lovingly furnished and there is plenty of space.
We found a very spacious and modern flat. The open-plan kitchen offers plenty of space and is well equipped. There is nothing to criticise. The very large balcony is wonderful, the view of the lake very nice. Only the relatively close main road can possibly disturb people who are sensitive to noise. We didn't find it bad. You can park directly in front of the house. The flat is about a 10-minute walk from the town centre. Sports enthusiasts can hike directly from the house to the Gerlitzen. The owner was very friendly.

The accommodation is clean, tastefully furnished and offers a beautiful view of Lake Ossiach. Somewhat unusual was the contact with the landlady, which took place exclusively via WhatsApp. ( Spa tax should just be put on the kitchen table on departure....) But it all worked out well. We can only recommend this accommodation.
