The hostess is very accommodating and tries to fulfill all special requests.Heileit are various alpine pastures, such as the pfeifferle. Alm or the Ludl alm, where you can eat very well. Holidays with the hosts are always highly recommended.

Environment was beautiful, but flatter than we normally go. Accommodation was good. Garden was shared with other people who also rented an upstairs apartment and the tenant. Because of this it was sometimes a bit busier than we expected. Reception was very friendly.

The holiday home is very well furnished and is located in a quiet suburb of Altenmarkt. Near the house is a small campsite that is most visited by campers, also in winter. Hiking and cross-country skiing trails start almost directly at the house.
Everything went perfectly smoothly. The accommodation top !!!! The environment was completely in line with the ideas.
The accommodation was clean. Equipped with all the necessary things, only it was furnished soberly. We were received very cool on arrival. The apartment is located under a living area of a family with 2 young children. These are emphatically present from 6 o'clock in the morning by shouting and they ran stamping through the house above us. We did not get the impression that something was being done about this and that no account was taken of the guests in the apartment. Big disadvantage is that we could not sit outside privately. The only possibility to sit outside is in the garden of the landlord. Furthermore, the ad suggests that a BBQ would be present. However, we have not seen these. If there had been there was also the only possibility here in the garden of the landlord to use.
The reception was kil. The residents of the house were having a nice weather in the garden and felt a bit disturbed by our arrival at 16.30. The accommodation is fine. However, it was not entirely clean. The oven we cleaned ourselves, after a time the kitchen was filled with smoke. A tennis ball and children's toys are found in the living room behind the couch. Under the sofa bed it was not very fresh. The sofa was set up and made up again every day, the bedspread clamped. The garden is in fact not accessible and is full of children's toys, baths, slides, trampolines, etc. The upper house is inhabited by a family with 3 children under The 4 years. The occupant himself starts at 05.45 and then drives away in his company bus parked for the ground floor bedroom window. We have not received any tourists from the landlord. According to the tourist office, however, this is a legal facility. Despite the above, it was a special week with lots of nice weather and fantastic hikes.
We are well received. The house was neat. In the garden there was a trampoline, swing and sandbox for the children. Also an inflatable bath. You share the garden with the owners, but we knew that in advance. The house is in a beautiful area where there is a lot to do for the whole family. Several restaurants in Flachau in particular that are fully focused on children. In short, we have a great time.
Good reception, nice house, great location right on the forest / mountain. Walking distance from the center.

Modern furnished, bright apartment just described in a neat house in a quiet Lage.Alles as the Internet and gezeigt.Es missing to us at nothing. The landlords are very gastfreundlich.Wir be back next year.
Upon arrival to search the winter far, but after three days that changed instantly. Snow and cold became ours and therefore we were then! In a short time emerged on the mountain and in our valley a solid carpet of snow which we enjoyed to the fullest. Close to ski on the beautiful mountain home of Altenmarkt and the cross-country skis were all below next to the house! It was always great to come home in the warm well-equipped cottage. After our departure disappeared winter weather, so we have really hit home Ingrid.
The apartment is big enough for 2 people with dog. In the apartment there is all that is needed. Fi and bread service round off the picture.
We were there last july 17th 2015.we stayed there for eight days.that was our first vacation outside netherlands.and we didnt regret That we do it ... the appartment is clean ... kitchen is good. bathroom is ook good ... what else can you ask for? it is a long drive from Netherlands but for what we have seen .. the views, the mountains it doesnt matter the long drive ... the owner is friendly the only problem is they dont speek english only germans and we dont speek germans either ... we will come back next year ...
The environment is similar in nature very nice apartment in large house where several families live with small children with the necessary impact in terms of peace.

Very ny object. Too bad there is no ៎ although it has ᐮ ski j \\ / dryer for skis and ski boots. A lack of radiators does not allow for drying clothes.
nice base for ski touring, special layout of the apartment but in full, good beds, very small kitchen sure to sit at the table with 4 people. Unfortunately, no drying room for ski "s. Lots of privacy. S" morning much activity outside so sleep is not an option! We had a nice holiday.

Price - performance is unbeatable. For two people with dog is doing much better. Everything is available in the apartment, you will receive friendly and happy to come back.

We had beautiful weather for two weeks so we all the things we wanted to do in the area and there were going outside what a beautiful area to go out there. The accommodation for three people was excellent and a nice spacious tras to a private garden.
18 to May 25, 2013 was unfortunately our vacation.The was very cold that week.zelfs at home it was only 14 graden.er was nowhere to vinden.achteraf underfloor heating revealed only to zijn.die we could NOT turn itself . the cleaning when we went to pay at the end of the week when the hostess was pleasantly warm in the house! response of the host waser in the guesthouse never anyone frozen death. . . . . We asked ourselves when wondering why the heating in the house was not turned on! Also with us
Everything went very well our daughter was delighted with the holiday. The apartment includes all the basic necessities that a person needs, not overly fancy, but just good. Friendly landlords who have respect for one's privacy. The only thing a little disappointing was the price of the ski pass, 218 euros for 6 day ski pass that not even make 2000meter height.
We had a great holiday in Altenmarkt and environment with beautiful weer.Het apartment looked good again neat and verzorgt.Bij arrival there was a problem with the contents, but it was immediately rectified by the owner, so that we have a great holiday residence had, we certainly can recommend everything looks like new.
We are well received by the owner / manager of the house, Mrs. Ingrid Unterberger. The house met from within our requirements. The large house was divided into several parts. We stayed on the ground floor in a part of the house with an area of u200bu200bapproximately 50 m2. The shower was fine. Even outside of the house was neat and cared for the garden. Our children were the trampoline in the garden use. The kitchen was on the small side for our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 14 years) to eat. We could also use the terrace with table, which is a good alternative. The facilities in the house were sufficient. The only thing we lacked was a washing machine. The plaastje Altenmarkt and the surrounding area offers opportunities for trips of various kinds. And within a larger radius are enough activities to find ways to spend a few weeks. So for us it was a successful summer.
Good accommodation, very suitable for dogs due to the ground floor location. Friendly owner, who does her best to take care of everything. During our stay went to the dishwasher, there is rapid (within 2 days) a new install. All in all a great holiday!
A well equipped apartment everything is fairly new with a spacious terrace and garden.
Neatly kept house in a very nice environment and village (l0 min walk). Kitchen is good but very small. Biggest loss is a heated storage room for skis and boots.
