This modern and comfortable vacation apartment boasts a prime location on the edge of picturesque St. Margarethen in the sunny Lungau region. In winter, you can ski right to the doorstep, and the nearest ski school is just 200 meters away. Three free outdoor parking spaces are available directly in front of the building.
The diverse ski area is ideal for both beginners and advanced skiers and comprises four sections at altitudes ranging from 1,050 to 2,310 meters: Obertauern, Großeck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg, and Fanningberg, offering a total of approximately 300 kilometers of slopes. The Lungau region is known for its abundant sunshine, reliable snow conditions, and breathtaking scenery of mountains, hills, lakes, gorges, and waterfalls. Beautiful walking trails begin right in the village, including a route along impressive waterfalls.
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet area, ensuring a relaxing stay, while the surrounding area offers numerous activities for all ages – both in winter and summer. Comfortable amenities include an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room for cozy evenings.

The apartment was very nice, clean and has a terrace, which we used very much and often. There were enough towels and even more bed linen to change since we were there for 14 days. We had a parking space associated with the apartment - very pleasant!

Neither Bathroom Bedroom still have natural light because no windows. In general, the apartment is more practical set up as unloving. Not suitable for 4 people, since sofa bed in the living room uncomfortable and saggy ist.Die location is great, just a short distance to the ski lift. My wife and I had a wonderful holiday in Sankt Michael. The cottage was very nice for us and a lovely terrace. The environment is great.
