We felt very comfortable and found all the amenities for daily life.

We really liked the location, the view and the furnishings of the flat. Spacious and modern. You have sun for a long time and the garden is also perfect.

We had a really nice holiday in the flat! It is located directly at a stop of the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn, which leads to Zell am See. In 3 minutes walking distance you can reach a nice outdoor swimming pool and the bakery is not far away either. On the large terrace with a small garden, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and landscape. The equipment was great, everything you need was there, even a washing machine and dryer were at our disposal. There are fly screens on the windows which were very useful. The landlord was also very friendly and helpful.

It really is a fantastic house, really everything was good, one minus point we found was the bed, a bit too small, I would take out a cupboard and put in a bigger box spring, but otherwise we enjoyed everything.

It was a really great house and the welcome with the starter pack and the red wine itself impersonally very warm! Thank you- we had a great week!!!!

Fantastic house in a perfect location, both for summer and winter activities close to attractions and the slopes of Kaprun. In short, we enjoyed this well furnished house with a nice sauna. Also important a good contact with owner Marc if you have questions. A big 10

The flat was very well equipped. The location is top. The sauna area was very nice. The outdoor area is great. It was a pity that we could not use the sun loungers because they were full of bird droppings due to the many birds that nest under the roofs and were not cleaned before we moved in. The entire flat was not vacuumed. There was dirt all over the floors. 3 dr He 4 chairs at the dining table were broken and therefore not properly usable. The flat was supposed to be swept clean at the end of the holiday. However, the hoover in the basement was broken and without a dust bag.

Very nice and spacious flat for 2 people. Everything has been thought of. We have delicious evening enjoying the terrace overlooking the mountains. Really a must.

Great house with its own sauna and garden, very well equipped, top location for skiing holidays. Cleanliness unfortunately leaves something to be desired.
