Animal-friendly lodge near ski resort
Wald im Pinzgau, Salzburger Land, Austria
This terraced house is part of a small complex on the outskirts of the village. On the upper floor, you will find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen for preparing your favourite meals. Thanks to the large windows, you will enjoy fantastic views over the mountains. From the private garden, you can enjoy the sun while the children expend their energy on the shared play equipment. The best memories are made here!
The lodge is on the edge of the beautiful village of Wald-Köningsleiten, in a quiet location right by the cross-country ski trail and the Hohe Tauern National Park. The centre within walking distance houses several restaurants and shops. Every morning you can get fresh rolls from the local bakery here.
Wald-Königsleiten is located between 3 famous ski areas: the Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena and the Kitzbühel ski area. The Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel ski areas are ideal for holidaymakers who want to cover many kilometres on the slopes. The Wildkogel Arena ski area, on the other hand, is ideal for families with children. Bramberg is home to Europe's longest winter toboggan run.
There is also plenty to do in the region in summer. Its location right next to the national park makes it ideal for hiking and mountain biking through the typical Austrian nature. If you are a real water rat, take a dip in the public Kristall pool. You will also find a number of (mini) golf courses

The house was absolutely not clean, very dusty and the bathroom was for crying out loud.
A lovely house, we were there for the 2nd time, too bad it got so expensive for the next year. The surroundings are beautiful and the ski area is very good

The accommodation is really very nice. Good quiet location, with ample parking, e-car charging facility and good layout of rooms. What was not so great was the sparse equipment in the kitchen (few glasses, demolished pan, no measuring jug...). What really bothered us was the cleanliness of the accommodation on the day of arrival (hair of the previous tenants in the bathrooms, wool mice under the beds, pet hair on the couch). As compensation, the landlord accommodated us with the cost of the final cleaning.

Everything was present and good, we had one day little hot water it was immediately remedied when we called, that's what I call service
Beautiful house, atmospheric furnishings. Excellent beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped.
Modern equipped accommodation with sauna and ski drying room. The dining and living area is designed for 8 people, but space becomes tight when occupied by 10 people. The rooms are quite small and some have little storage space (wardrobe).
Very nice semi-detached house, quality furnishings, spacious, good for 6 adults and up to four children. The 3rd bedroom has only two bunk beds. Garden not fenced. Open fireplace: think of wood, sauna: think of infusion and sauna sheets.
A great house in a very quiet location. Super equipment, with very comfortable mattresses. However, the pictures make it seem more spacious and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Used handkerchiefs, hair clip, slippers, dust clouds under the beds. Hair and lint in the sauna. Pet hair on the cushions on the corner bench and a broken glass incl. shards under the couch etc. pp. Nevertheless, we had a nice stay.
