This beautifully situated holiday home is centrally located between the famous villages of Saalbach and Hinterglemm, in the ski region Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. There are several large apartments in the house. So you don't live in the house alone, but you do live in the house.
This partially renovated apartment is on the 3rd floor and is no less than 120 m2 in size.
In addition to a cosy living room with open kitchen, where all guests can eat together, you have no less than 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have their own bathroom. (In the living room there is a partially lower ceiling, at least 160 cm high)
For relaxation after an intense day there is a beautiful infrared sauna.
On both sides of the house you have a small balcony from where you have a nice view.
The friendly owner will be happy to help you with any questions and can ensure that there are fresh rolls every day. Close to the house you will find the supermarket and the ski bus.
The Reiterkogel ski run ends within walking distance of the house, so that you can return without the ski bus when there is enough snow.
The ski area does not really need any further explanation. The ski region Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn is one of the most beautiful and largest ski areas in Austria and also has many après-ski, restaurants and nightlife. Besides skiing you can also go cross-country skiing or hiking, with many possibilities
