Landhaus Hollin is located in the heart of picturesque Fusch an der Großglocknerstraße, a stone's throw from the famous Zell am See and Kaprun, at an altitude of 800 m. This detached country house, which you will have all to yourself, consists of 2 separate vacation apartments and is ideal for families or friends traveling together. On the ground floor, you have a large living room with a dining area for 18 people and a kitchen. In addition, there are 8 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms with toilets. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.
In winter, there is a beginner's lift directly behind the house, ideal for beginners or children. Cross-country ski trails pass right by the house and the ski rental and ski school are located directly opposite your accommodation. The free ski bus, which stops just 200 meters from the house, takes you quickly to the ski slopes of Zell am See.
Fusch is an ideal location in both winter and summer, as the famous Grossglockner Road, which passes directly in front of the house, takes you to the well-known towns of Zell am See and Kaprun in no time.

We were with a large group and had a good stay. Almost every bedroom had its own bathroom or sink, which was very nice. There is a nice big living room where we could sit together. The only drawback we found was the bus connection to Zell am See and Kaprun. This only went 2x in the morning and in the afternoon too, while we were there in a busy period.
Very friendly welcome, great accommodation, 9 adults and 5 children were all at a table. Very spacious house. neat and everything was provided for so many people.

on our arrival we were received very friendly. We were given a tour of the house and an explanation about the sorting of waste. It is very pleasant that you have to sit downstairs together with z "n all to eat together.The rooms are very comfortable and a luxury that everyone has a bathroom.
The house is nice, but a couple of rooms don’t have a bathroom. Good location and we got good value for money. However, no rooms have 4 beds, so it’s harder if you have 2 kids or a bigger family.

Everything was in perfect order and very clean. All rooms had their own bathroom and toilet. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We all thought it was a fantastic holiday stay!
House recommended, very nice hostess, excellent kitchen, clean, comfortable living room for common leisure activities. Close to several major ski resorts.
Great house for groups. All that is needed for a great vacation. The distance to the ski areas is a disadvantage. But 3 x ski bus.
Beautiful well-maintained Chalet. We are sorry that there was little snow so we were forced daily to Kaprun to drive to enjoy the snow.

The stay was neat and the house owner very friendly and behulpzaam.De lessons behind the house were disappointing, for young children under 5 I recommend this to Schütdorf (book. At Arreitbaan) There's a nice nursery slopes with a carousel. Without transport you depend on the skibus.Die not very often rijdt.De tow behind the house was a very difficult, which is why it is not suitable for beginners.Zelfs if you think it's normally not a problem it is difficult.
