This premium 3-room apartment, perfect for a longer stay, offers plenty of Space for 4 to 6 people. It has its own enclosed 170 sq m garden with three terraces. Here you can not only spend relaxing hours in the sun in the summer, but also build an igloo, snowman, or snow bar in the winter.

Bed linens and towels are included. You can park your car in a weather-protected space in the underground garage, where you can ideally also remove your winter sports equipment or dismount your bicycle. From the ski storage room (with boot dryer), you can take the elevator to the apartment, which is heated by underfloor heating and can be further warmed by the fireplace.

Otherwise, the nearly new apartment is very attractively furnished and fully equipped, including a bathroom (with bathtub and shower), a fitted kitchen, and oak parquet flooring in the rooms.
