Located on the second floor of a beautiful house, it features luxurious interiors with wide oak floorboards and large tiles. Underfloor heating ensures optimal comfort, and the spacious living room with dining table is ideal for socialising after an active day. From the balcony and living room with glass front, you can end the day with a view of the mountains. Wow!
Bramberg am Wildkogel is a unique destination in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The Emerald Railway links Bramberg directly to the Wildkogel Ski Arena and is a 5-minute drive from the house.
The Wildkogel Ski Arena is a family-friendly ski area with 85% blue and red slopes. In total, there are 75 km of pistes. Bramberg is close to Kitzbühel and the Zillertal Ski Arena, with another 300 km of slopes. Don't feel like skiing one day? No problem! A sleigh ride, a beautiful snow hike, ice climbing and even tandem paragliding are also among the possibilities. Moreover, Bramberg boasts the world's longest toboggan run, with a whopping 14 kilometres of tobogganing fun! Concluding the day in one of the many, cosy après-ski bars is really a must and there is a wide range of traditional restaurants.
In summer, there is also plenty to do in Bramberg and the surrounding area. If you want to be active, you can indulge yourself with 800 km of mountain bike trails and the 310 km long Tauernrad trail. Of course, hikers will also get their money's worth here. Furthermore, in summer you can go rafting, kayaking, golfing and swimming in one of the outdoor or natural swimming pools in this area.

The location and the associated view are outstanding, unique.
We love the place and the service from Anita was very good. We can undoubtedly come back to this wonderful apartment, just a shame that quite a few things were not 100% in order.
The chalet is very bright and spacious. You can feel very comfortable if you want to relax a little.

Top accomodatie, alles tip top in orde. Mooi, proper en voorzien alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Zeker een aanrader. Alleen de afstand naar de skipistes en dorp is wat ver - je hebt steeds een wagen nodig en de weg is niet echt veilig bij slechte weeromstandigheden. Maar voor de rest was alles super.
Modern, clean and stylishly furnished holiday flat that leaves nothing to be desired. The view from the balcony into the valley when the sun rises over the mountains in the morning is fantastic. We (4 adults, 3 children) would book this accommodation again anytime.

Perfect 🥰 new house placed in Paradise
Great flat in a super quiet location.
A very beautiful and modern holiday flat in which we felt very comfortable! However, it was a pity that the sun already disappears behind the mountain at noon. There is a TV in the living room and another one in one of the three bedrooms. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster, a hot water boiler and a filter coffee machine. You can eat very well in the small restaurant nearby, but you should book in advance. You can also park there in an emergency, because there are actually only two parking spaces at the house.
Everything was perfect, we had a super short week.
We stayed in Bramberg for a week with six people and had a very nice holiday. The holiday flat is highly recommended. Super great view, very modern and well-maintained furnishings. The on-site support by Anita van der Merwe was great.

The flat is super. The location is perfect. The only negative aspect is the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the flat was only superficially cleaned. The contact with the property management was excellent. They were available at all times and implemented our wishes immediately. We would be happy to recommend this flat to others. We had a great holiday.
The flat is new and very well furnished. Fantastic view from the large windows and the terrace. Everything fits. In winter you should have snow chains with you just in case.
