Description
In the detached house, the owner has furnished 3 flats. This flat is located on the 2nd floor and is surprisingly large and certainly not standard. With two kitchens, 2 bathrooms and very large bedrooms, it is ideal for a large family or group of up to 6 people, where everyone can enjoy their own privacy. Small-scale and cosy in an authentic building, quietly located but also centrally between bustling villages such as Flachau and Altenmarkt.
This beautiful authentic 300-year-old farmhouse stands in the middle of the quiet village of Reitdorf, exactly between the better-known towns of Flachau and Altenmarkt. Both villages are 3 kilometres away and have a cosy centre with nice shops, terraces and perfect nightlife. The ski bus takes you to the first ski lift in Flachau in a few minutes.
The farm is in use as a manage. Opposite the house is the stable, which makes this location perfect for the real horse lover. But the small scale and friendly atmosphere is of course also an ideal home base for any holidaymaker who wants to discover the beautiful mountain environment, especially in summer, on foot or by bike

A nice large flat in an old farmhouse. Not modern but perhaps that is not part of the authenticity either. Everything was there, it was clean and virtually no (over)annoyance from other tenants in the house. From the farmhouse it is a few minutes' drive to the ski lifts (by car or by ski bus that stops outside the door). And the bakery is next door and has the bread rolls ready from 6:30 every day.
Very nice hosts, great location, well-equipped and clean appartments.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elsa Flachau. Apartment was well equipped and really big for 6 personal. Hosts are very friendly and location is great.
Super child-friendly! Riding lessons for the children was the highlight!
