The Donnersbachwald residence is located on a gentle slope with breathtaking views. With its fantastic location near the Riesneralm valley station, the park offers direct access to nature and a babbling brook.
The Austrian winter transforms the area into a fairyland with two snow-sure ski areas, Riesneralm and Planneralm, together accounting for 50 km of slopes. For families, the child-friendly Riesneralm is ideal. Looking for variety? Try the natural toboggan run or cross-country trails close to the chalet.
Summer reveals a different kind of magic with various hiking trails, mountain huts, the challenging 5-Gipfelweg, 3D archery, the E-Enduro Bikepark and fly-fishing. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the unique Gipfel pool, at 1900 metres above sea level, and admire the 360-degree view there. Mountain lakes and streams will cool you down on hot summer days. A dream spot from January to December!

The chalet is super nice and as good as new. It was well equipped and very clean. The sauna was a dream and we used it often. The beds were cosy and there were separate mattresses everywhere. The kitchen was also very well equipped and nothing was missing. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer which worked perfectly. The best thing about the house was the heated boot dryer. You could dry your boots, ski boots and anything else that got wet after a day's skiing. The manager of the chalets was always available and took care of everything. The area is very beautiful and within walking distance of the Riesneralm ski area. We would come again.

It was really a very good place for families with children. And the house had everything you need.
Great, new house for up to 10 people. Modern but cosy furnishings. Super kitchen with very spacious dining area. Sauna for 4 people works well. 3 bathrooms relax the morning situation enormously in terms of time. Only the parking spaces at the house are quite scarce if you arrive with several cars. However, the whole place is a bit remote and in the village itself there are no shopping facilities, except for a mini-market corner in the ski rental shop.
Wonderful shalet, it was perfect for the holiday. Additional service should be better, we needed to buy for example toilette paper and dishwasher tabs. These small things should be included ín the price of stay. The call center was absolutely correct and helped to fix changes at travelling persons.
