The apartment has a living room/bedroom, a beautiful bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The town of Sankt Lambrecht offers various supermarkets, shops and restaurants, and the center can be reached in a few minutes.

The Zirbitzkogel / Grebenzen ski area in Sankt Lambrecht offers around 27 km of varied slopes and is located just outside of Sankt Lambrecht. Within the Murau region you can enjoy six other ski areas, including the Kreischberg / Murau ski area with 42 kilometers of slopes, the Turracher Höhe ski area with 43 kilometers of slopes and the Lachtal ski area with 35 kilometers of slopes.

The market town of Sankt Lambrecht is located in the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park and is a wonderful area for hikers, cyclists, anglers and Nordic walkers. Not only the outdoor pool, but also the nearby Auerlingsee, Seekarlsee and Podolerteich are ideal for swimming in summer. A tip: visit the Benedictine monastery garden with its beautiful pavilion and rose garden.
