Very nice accommodation. Have been there for the 2nd time and will be back. Top location to the lift ...Wonderful balcony with afternoon/evening sun...beautiful flat and very nice landlord. Ski room with boot warmer ...covered car park...all inclusive.

We had a super nice holiday! Everything fit ,the house very clean ,the rooms all in one excellent condition .car parking spaces covered ! Very much worth mentioning is the very very warm welcome ,always friendly It doesn't get any better than this!!!!!

The flat was modern, clean...in short, everything was there for a nice holiday. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and the landlords were very nice. We can only recommend the accommodation. Greetings from the Kutschke family.

Very clean, very new, wonderful short walking distance to the lift - a couch was missing to feel really comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. Otherwise everything was fine.

Modern beautiful flat, for ski holidaymakers a little little wardrobe.....

Really good accommodation in terms of location and furnishings. Approx. 2 min walk to the lift in the middle of the Wilder Kaiser ski area and to the valley run, which is open even when there is little snow. Equipment could be better, but the basics are there. We recommend basic kitchen supplies like a sharp knife, baking paper and dishwasher tablets. Toilet paper was one roll per toilet - for 14 days. Cleanliness: 1A, towels and bedding super cosy. View of the mountain/Itter is super. Parking and ski cellar are also great. Snow chains or winter tyres are recommended in case of snowfall. All in all, a really great holiday!

Haus Rabl Dan actually looks quite good, but if I want to go from one bedroom to the living room, I have to cross the hall first. At least one could expect a door at the toilet and the shower. Not a net like that. That is an absolute no go !!! The only seating was a corner bench. Comfortable is something else. There is a very narrow spiral staircase leading upstairs, but there is no wardrobe. The flat was clean and the landlord friendly, but never again Haus Rabl Dan!
