Totally unwind in this beautiful modern holiday home. Quietly located, but close to all activities and cosiness the area has to offer, such as the ski lift. Enjoy the beautiful wide views you have from the balcony, both in the white winter months and the green summer months. The ideal place to fully enjoy beautiful Austria!
The real highlight is the ski lift, which is located on the other side of the main road and can be easily reached on foot. From here you have quick access to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. And don't forget the excellent connections, whether Söll, Ellmau or Kitzbühel. You can get everywhere quickly!
There is a lot of space and as the property is quiet but central, there are all kinds of activities right in front of the door in summer and winter.
Depending on the weather, snow chains or a 4x4 is recommended for the last 50 meters to the property

The mattresses were terribly hard so we left a night early. We also had a very allergic reaction, even though it is a pet-free holiday flat. The flat is modern, but still lacks little things. We were only in contact with the landlord when we left, unfortunately no one bothered. But Itter and the location of the holiday flat is great.

We felt very welcome with the Rabl family. The short walk of 5 minutes to the Salvista cable car to the entrance to the ski area Wilder Kaiser is optimal, early there was very little going on, despite the holiday season! Put your skis in the ski depot or in the well-equipped ski cellar! The holiday flat lacked nothing, sharp knives, enough plates and glasses as well as casseroles made our accommodation perfect for our small winter sports group! We would love to come back again!
