Description
Located at 1036 m above sea level, this cosy and modern flat offers a breathtaking view of the Tyrolean mountains. The holiday home, which has been run by the same family for generations, has four flats. You stay in the largest flat with atmospheric wooden furnishings and a large balcony where you can enjoy the Austrian sun. The property is an organic farm with several animals, such as the popular house pony. If you like, you can help out in the stables.
For winter sports enthusiasts, this is a lovely property to stay in. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the ski lift, which takes you to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Here you can make beautiful ski tours from mountain hut to mountain hut, go tobogganing, cross-country skiing or, as a snowboarder, practice various disciplines in the fun parks. You can reach the slopes in 4 minutes by car, and a descent directly to the valley station is also possible on skis, but only if there is enough snow.
In summer, you will find peace and quiet here in the middle of unspoilt nature. Whether you go hiking or mountain biking, you will be amazed by the natural beauty around you

Very nice, apparently newly renovated, accommodation on the organic farm. Warm welcome and farewell. It is very nice that you can buy fresh products directly from the farm at an absolutely fair price and are spoilt with a bread roll service. We would love to come back, unfortunately it is currently no longer possible to book this with pets.
In the meantime, the Koglbauer has become our favourite destination... Perfect for us and already booked again.

Very clean, extensive kitchen with everything you need. Even 2 fridges available. Farm products can be bought directly on site, eggs, cheese, bacon etc.
We stayed again for a week in the large flat (apartment 5) There were 10 of us in the flat and we felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and cosily furnished. You always feel welcome on the farm and we like to come back every year!!! The location is particularly nice as you can start your excursions straight away. You wake up in the morning to the smell of hay and the tinkling of bells. That is country life We can only recommend it

Very chic holiday flat, situated on a private road at an altitude of approx. 1000 m. Ideal starting point for hiking. Very nice view. Very clean. The hosts are very friendly people. We will definitely go there again.

Great large flat (No.5) Balcony with morning/lunchtime sun! You can easily buy fresh milk, butter, jam, cheese and juices at the farm. There is also a bread service. Ms Feiersinger is always available to answer questions.
