The stay was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, huge with all the necessary amenities - extremely comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! We would definitely like to return there again! :-)

Our 7-member family reunion was a success & made it a trip to remember. The 1-storey typical Austrian home was perfect for us, as we could entertain, work, play, care & isolate well enough as each room had a door, so disturbance was kept to a minimum. The property inside was light & airy, seasonal touches were lovely, the property well stocked, the hosts caring & accommodating.

Everything is just perfect. We have been there a third time and are always thrilled. Maria and Michael are kind-hearted hosts. You feel right at home with them, they are very helpful and the flat is very clean and beautifully furnished. We will definitely come back. Everything is fine.

A super nice house and even nicer owners! The house is very clean and everything is neat and whole (if not, just walk by and it will be fixed). The location is an ideal base for the Kitzbühel Alps. Also very close to Wörgl train station making it easy to get there by nightjet/train. You also get the guest card which, among other things, allows you free public transport in the area. There was also a pond, trampoline and sandpit for the little ones: ideal! The owners Maria and Michael are really super sweet and are always there for you! Thanks for all the good care and maybe see you in the future!

Was another week of enjoyment. Everything was again perfectly arranged by the landlords. They took perfect care of our skis and snowboard again. Always have time for a chat and the stove is nicely stoked with wood. Have already booked again for 2024.

Maria is super sweet. Greeted us with kindness. Her and her husband took in our skis everyday so they wouldn't rust. Very thoughtful. The flat is super clean and cozy. It is right off the highway. You don't hear the cars with the windows closed but sitting on the balcony or with windows open it is loud. Thank you for your generous kindness Maria and the delicious welcome homemade treat.

The week at Maria and Michael's was again over in a flash. Since we have stayed in the flat many times before, we can always start our holiday with a clear conscience, because everything is super clean and everything you need is available. We were at Haus am Waldrand for the second time. And once again it was a great holiday. It is a lovely spacious house and the owners are so friendly and helpful. They even took us skiing in the Zillertal one day. This was a really nice ending to our holiday. We immediately booked for next year upon returning home and look forward to meeting the family again.

We were offered beautiful, clean and spacious accommodation. Everything was available, nothing was lacking. The beds were comfortable and offered a restful sleep. The owner, Mrs. Maria Schwaiger, was very accommodating and friendly and always had an open ear. As a welcome, she surprised us with a very tasty curd pastry and even with a very tasty bread as a farewell. We felt very comfortable and would book there again at any time.

We enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. We were here for a week for winter sports. Upon arrival we were very kindly welcomed by the owners and there were delicious homemade cakes ready. The flat was very clean and tidy really a must! We have directly booked again for next year.

Great house with the whole top floor at your disposal. Nice people who help you with everything. Living room and kitchen separated was really top. Spacious flat with all amenities.
