This very spacious group home in Kelchsau is located right next to the ski lift and is therefore a real 'ski in' and 'ski out'. There is a professional kitchen and a spacious but cosy dining room with bar. Both are equipped with wooden elements which creates a cosy atmosphere. After an active day on holiday you can enjoy a nice movie or some music videos together in your own cinema. Would you like to play an exciting game of billiards or table football? You can also find this here! Are you in need of some rest? In the basement you'll find a sauna with accompanying relaxation room.
The ski area where the holiday home is located is not large but has wide and well-prepared slopes. The ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental is around 7 km away and can easily be reached by ski bus free of charge. So even advanced skiers have plenty of opportunities from this holiday home.
The centre of Kelchsau is 500 meters away. You can enjoy hiking, biking, golfing, rafting and swimming in crystal clear lakes in the wilderness. Just a relaxing day ... that can also be wonderful. Read a good book or browse through a nice magazine and enjoy the Austrian sun on the spacious terrace of the house
