Description

Welcome to the Schlafhamhof, a working farm in a wonderful panoramic location on the Penningberg. A mix of modern living comfort with a Tyrolean feel-good atmosphere and many staged old wood elements of the farmhouse await you on around 150 m² of living space. The well-equipped living/dining area is directly connected to an open kitchen and offers enough space for a cosy get-together.

You can reach the Wilder-Kaiser-Brixental skiing area in just 5 minutes by car. And if you already have après-ski in mind in the morning, the ski bus stop is only 50 m away from the farm. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts can enjoy the entry to the cross-country trail directly behind the house and tobogganing fans will find their luck at the natural toboggan run Haagalm, only 8 minutes away by car. On request, the farm owners are also happy to offer carriage rides with which you can explore the "Winter Wonderland Penningberg" well wrapped up in a cosy warm blanket.

The area has a lot to offer all year round. You can go on many great hikes of easy to medium difficulty directly from the farm, such as to the Markbachjoch or, for the more ambitious, even further from here to the Feldalphorn. If you prefer to pedal, you can of course also explore the surroundings by bike.

We had a lovely week. A spacious house, large bedrooms, good beds and a long table for endless dining or playing games. A fully equipped kitchen and a view you enjoy every day! Outside, several farm animals to cuddle. My family thoroughly enjoyed was this place, highly recommended!

We were at the Schlafhamhof in June with our children and grandchildren. The flat is very nice and spacious, the owner very helpful. For the grandchildren, a look into the cowshed is a joy several times a day.

The flat has a top location and a beautiful panoramic view. The equipment of the flat and the kitchen utensils are very simple or basic things like can opener is not available. The coffee machine is definitely not suitable for everyday use and should be replaced urgently.

The accommodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Really dreamlike. We felt totally at home. Florian was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The furnishings are very modern and yet totally cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped (even wheat glasses, egg cups, shot glasses available). Large showers in both bathrooms Unfortunately, there are no shutters in the bedrooms - which is a bit difficult with children. The ski bus stop is directly in front of the house. The gondola is a good 5-minute drive away. What was also great for us was that the flat is rented Sunday to Sunday. So we could arrive and depart without traffic jams.

Super new spacious holiday flat on the farm, nice landlords, top location, in a few minutes you are in the ski area Wilder Kaiser. Everything fitted very well.
