This beautiful detached chalet with wonderful views and tasteful furnishings is located on the outskirts of the popular Kirchberg in Tirol. The chalet is completely at your disposal and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The location of the chalet is ideal for accessing the Kirchberg ski lifts. The free ski bus takes you there in less than 15 minutes. The attractive centre of Kirchberg with its many restaurants, shops and, of course, the cosy apres-ski bars are within walking distance.
Upon arrival you can immediately park your car under the carport. When you enter the chalet through the hallway, you will find 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Via a staircase you can reach the first floor. Here you enter the fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island which is adjacent to the cosy dining area and living room. After a cold day, you can warm up by the wood stove while enjoying a good glass of wine and talking about the holiday. From the living room you can walk onto the spacious terrace with lounge set. From here you have a breathtaking view and can fully enjoy the Austrian sun! On the first floor you will also find a third bedroom and a modern bathroom with a double rain shower.
From the centre of Kirchberg you can reach the slopes of Kitzbühel & Kirchberg with the new Fleckalmbahn or the Maierlbahn. On the other side of the village is the Gaisberg, where you can go tobogganing (3.5 km long toboggan run), ice climbing and evening skiing. After a day of fun in the snow, you can easily store your ski equipment in the chalet's ski storage room.
In summer, Kirchberg and its surroundings are also a wonderful holiday destination. Are you travelling with small children? Then the Wildpark in Aurach really deserves a visit. More than 200 Alpine and foreign species live here, such as kangaroos, llamas, deer and Tibetan yaks. In addition, hiking is without a doubt one of the most popular activities in Kirchberg. It is a true hiker's paradise thanks to the sophisticated hiking network that opens up more than 1,000 kilometres of trails
